I highly recommend her. Massage Envy in general has been a lifesaver. I can get in same day most of the time and can easily schedule massages and other services on the app.

My masseuse Tom was not very good. I asked for a male masseuse because I was hoping to get some good pressure on my back after a tough weekend with back pain. I feel like I could have given a much better massage than he gave. There were points were he was just rubbing my muscles too deep and hurting me. I ended up quite bruised after my massage with no real relief to what I asked him to focus on. The facility is very clean but not much in the way of amenities. The session was very affordable so I guess you get what you pay for.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy the location, decor, atmosphere, and massage experts. We go every 4-5 weeks, and each time it is a great experience. We highly recommend it and there are great stores and restaurants around it, too.

The woman who did my massage was very kind. The front desk girls were very helpful & sweet. I had a few issues though.We got 2 .60 min massages. I filled out the iPad before hand specifying which areas of my body I wanted them to focus on although I still wanted a full body massage., it didn’t seem that they paid any attention to the info we’re were asked to give before hand about our health & preferences . I said I want to focus on my head/jaw (because of TMJ that I also stated on there file) and my back ,hands and feet. I let the therapist know I really needed my face/jaw massaged, but she told me I wasn’t in the right position for that and never had me adjust. So sadly she never did massage my jaw. Then when she was massaging my arms/shoulder she literally scratched the heck out of me so deep with her nail. So hard it left a big scratch . I understand mistakes happen. But I also asked for her to massage my back arms hands. But She only did my upper back. She also mentioned several times I needed a LOT more sessions to be fixed. I felt she was trying to get ME to buy more sessions before I had even finished THIS massage. Also they stopped 8 minutes early. It just wasn’t a great first impression.
