Highly recommend Janet! I’ve been going to Massage Envy located on Blossom Hill Rd in San Jose for a few years now. I always book my massage with Janet. She is professional, reviews my file and does a quick check in with me to see if I’ve had any changes medically or if I need extra attention in a specific area. During the massage she’ll check to confirm if the pressure is good. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Front desk personnel are always pleasant and helpful.

Ryan is a miracle worker! No matter how much pain I’m in coming in, I always leave feeling like I’m walking on clouds. He’s great with all pressure types and communicate and adapts so well. I highly recommend Ryan if you need deep tissue or sports massage.

This location has an owner that cares and responds. Very clean. Had a terrific experience in the couples room and will continue to use this as our primary ME location. Both Daniella and Anastasia were AMAZING. Very professional and capable. Will request them again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called to inquire about an appointment and called back within 5 minutes to say the traffic and rain made it impossible for me to arrive and owner was very aggressive and angry saying he would charge me. I explained to him that I could not afford the charge and how this had never happened before. I have been going to massage envy in Morgan hill and I have never been treated with such unprofessional behavior and aggression. This man is money hungry aggressive and rude. I asked politely to please not charge me and he yelled at me saying he would and he did. I would never go to this location this man is intimidating over the phone and had no empathy knowing that holidays just passed and I could not control the traffic. I asked if there was an appointment and I needed to cancel the other and the appointment was not booked. I will be canceling my membership

Herbert at ME- Blossom Hill has been a god send. He listens to what concerns and changes up his style to meet my needs and focus on areas that are causing me issues. This last session he was able to identify the muscle that’s as giving me pain, ask clarifying questions to make sure he could perform the right techniques, and give me feedback on how to prevent it from getting worse in the future. He is very attentive to my needs and I will definitely continue to book with him for all my future sessions.
