Very worried with the new ownership at the morgan hill location. They have one girl in there at a time working and couldn’t get a massage appointment for 2 weeks (even as long standing members) asked DESIREE for help and she refused. I even agreed to up the appointment from a 60 min to 90 min appt she said was the only one available, but at the last min lied and said she longer had it and blocked cell phone number so I couldn’t call back. Super poor professionalism. The whole situation was very weird because it wasn’t like there was an altercation, She just decided she didn’t like us. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My skin feels so soft and hydrated and I will definitely go back to her. The room is dark and peaceful and the music is very relaxing.

This was my first time getting a massage. I had a gift card to go here and I finally went. I added essential oil and I’m so glad! It smelled like citrus. The lady that did my massage was incredible. She had a very soothing voice and I really connected with her. They play serene beach music and the lights are dimmed. The bench is INCREDIBLE. You go under the covers and it feels heated!! HEATED!! It really is incredible haha.

Here’s the thing about Massage Envy. If you’re a picky person who needs a deep & high press sports massage, it can be VERY hit/miss. Often takes a few trial appointments with different therapist before you find your match (or two if you’re lucky). The rub if that these people are generally very popular and getting into their booking rotation can be a royal PITA. Oh, than you need to pray to whatever deity you favor that these people don’t leave!

Scheduling an appointment is extremely difficult here. I can only book it four to six weeks out, and if my schedule changes I have to cancel. I don’t understand why they never have any availability. Other locations are not like this.
