So Massage Envy basically just tells you.. we increased your price, nothing you can do, nothing to sign, nothing to agree to they just do it. However when you try to cancel, it’s this long winded process you call – they don’t cancel, it goes on a manager list, manager gets back to you, still no cancel, then you have to fill in forms… and I dont even know if it’s cancelled then. This is borderline fraud. Before you sign up just know they just keep charging you no matter how often you tell them to STOP! I am 2 emails and 3 calls in – and they still havent cancelled! AVOID!
