This place is near my house so it’s super convenient. I’ve only had a massage from Rey and it was great, no complaints. The inside of the building needs a few upgrades but that is minor. The front desk staff is always super nice and friendly.

I asked for a deep tissue, but the therapist rubbed my back for the whole time, making just a circle with hands without pressing my body. I didn’t feel anything at all and it was very stressful and had a headache when I walked out.

I went here April 23rd and the receptionist blonde hair white skin color was rude she said if I have a mask which I didn’t , and then she said if I have a appointment and I said no , and I think she lied to me then saying sorry we are fully booked , very bad experience since my body is soar from working out, not to add on the day before I wanted to visit a spa near me I read the reviews on here and this one had more then 1 or 2 bad reviews , I just wanted a qiuck massage since I was already in union landing I walked their and had a bad experience

This was the first time I came here as my original esthetician’s was out of town. Was here for chemical peeling which I usually get in every 4 to 5 month. Made an appointment with esthetician’s Maria. Even though I filled the entire application online before making an appointment, they asked me to fill it again. The esthetician’s took max 15 minutes to finish the entire process where as when I was making an appointment they mentioned that it will take 30 to 40 minutes for the entire process. She just applied the chemical, no massage not even for 10 minutes. You paid $130 dollars for 15 minutes of chemical peeling. And the worst park when you come out of the room to make a payment, the receptionist will ask right away if you would like pay for gratuity in cash or by card. Shame! Do not ask customers to pay gratuity, if the customer is happy he or she will pay on its own. I just felt like insulted and the $10 I had in my purse I just paid to Maria. Looks like the owner is not paying you enough that you guys have to shamelessly ask for gratuity. $130 for 15 minutes that I paid was more than enough. First try to make customer happy, he will give you gratuity on his own. Complete rip off. Shameless act. Hope the owner read this review and talk to his employees.
