Massage was average quality. I requested firm pressure but it felt soft throughout. Therapist was nice and professional. Only was 50 minutes when they advertised 60 minutes. They say 10 minutes is for consulting and get dressed that should not deduct from total time. Not worth $140 for 50 minutes. Can find 2x better massages for 1/2 the price. Wanted to try this place out for more professional experience. But it’s not worth the money.

A Massage Envy membership is a good health investment if you use it regularly. I wish that they were more flexible about use of accrued massages (one must pay a fee to use massages when monthly payment are paused). Redwood City is the location that i frequent the most often due to easy parking and relaxing ambience of the waiting room. Like other Massage Envy locations, there are diverse types of massage offered, consistently high quality of massage therapists, clean individual rooms, and good available of appointments. The phone app is clunky and could use improvements.

The therapists are nice. The experience is mixed. Sometimes a very good massage. Sometimes not. The biggest concern is the management. They do not answer the phone. They do not return phone calls and they do not follow up on emails. The “membership” option is full of flaws and lack of clarity. Quite unfortunate.

Although I was charged a $20 fee for having an account that was from “another region” I have been living in Cali for over 4 years and never once was asked to transfer my account to my current area. Hi, I have been wanting to envi Massage for more than six months, I like it, I found my masseur, but there is one problem, I come for an hour massage and always get 45 minutes of massage, it rarely happens that 50 minutes, if you say it takes time to undress and put on clothes, it always takes me 2 minutes, but I’m paying for an hour of massage. This has always confused me, and I want you to take measures about time.

Completely inexperienced massage therapist. Paid for an hour and they even cut my massage short so I got 40 minutes of barely rubbing lotion onto my skin with one hand. Worst massage ever. I swear I thought she was texting with her other hand. I left still in pain and in need of another massage therapist. I will never go back to this Redwood City location.

I scheduled a 60 min deep massage with Peter and he was amazing, he has great bedside manner and asks how the pressure is; his techniques are really good ensuring every muscle gets attended to; definitely coming back, hopefully he begins to offer stretch therapy soon as well
