I’ve been here quite a lot over the years for sports-related work, and generally it’s been great. Today however, I had a 90 minute scheduled. the masseuse showed up a little late but communicated we would make up for it, no biggie. The massage was…odd. Sporadic pressure, uneven (a few minutes on one side then 30 seconds on the other, etc), lots of yawning, using only one hand…It was just a very strange session. The kicker was when it ended in 60 minutes (booked 90). I didn’t notice until she had left the room. I politely brought it up with the front desk and was expecting to just pay for a 60 minute and be done. They spoke to the masseuse. She came out and tried to say it was actually 90 minutes. The front staff pointed out the time in the system showing when it started and ended = 60 minutes and she still argued. She seemed confused and had forgotten we started late. Then she tried to say I got more time than the 60 minutes I was now paying for. After she argued a bit more with me and her 2 co-workers, talked in circles, she sorta m admitted it was only 60 minutes then walked off. The front desk staff apologized profusely. I honestly felt bad for them. This masseuse, who I’ve had before and was great, didn’t seem right. I hope she’s okay. Anyways, I’ll be canceling my membership tomorrow when I speak with the manager.

Great customer service. If you have the opportunity, book Juan or Justin. Both are great massage therapists and I always leave feeling wonderful. Stephanie does a wonderful job if you’re booking a facial.

Though I had a subscription I don’t love the Massage Envy model. You pay for an hour and only get 50 min so they don’t have to lose money while you get dressed. I did love my masseuse though. Sadly he is leaving so I think I will be cancelling. Another downside was that the programs at this location are not recognized at every location.

Don’t go during this covid stuff. It felt like my masseuse was scared to be there and the massage felt rushed. Also went in for a 60 minute massage and the timer was set for 50. Wasn’t given options of what I wanted worked on. About 40 minutes were spent on shoulders (with a towel over me) and the last 10 minutes or so was spent rushing through legs. Calves specifically. Definitely won’t go back.

Called at 9 am. Had a gift certificate from a year ago I had lost. The front desk lady was amazing, found my card in the system and I had an appointment at noon that same day with an amazing therapist! He was extremely friendly and very good at what he does; completely relieved my neck pain. I left relaxed, happy and with a membership and my next appointment scheduled! This might be my new favorite place 🙂

Not a great experience really. It came off as a bit sales-y and the atmosphere was a bit bland. The calm room was nice, but the overall set up was just commercialized and generic. They also seem to have a tough time with the schedule, between my appointment and 2 for my Wife (she signed on for a 6 month package), they had to reschedule all 3 appointments, two on the day of. I understand things come up but we have kids we have to try and manage around so changes in a planned schedule are tough.

I would give them a five out of five for all the obvious reasons, but I held back because I like to get massages on a whim. If you are like me, this may not be the place for you. You need to plan at least a day in advance. For example: It is Thursday at 12pm. I just called to see if they had any availability and was told the first available appointment was on Sunday. I wouldn’t mind so much except that I have been paying monthly for massages I am not using for this reason.

Be careful with the manager. My elderly father went in to cancel his membership when he moved. The manager informed him he’d need a letter from his escrow company to cancel. He was past his 1 year time period and was free to cancel with a 10 day notice. He would then have 60 days to use any remaining massages. That’s a crock of you know what to tell him he needed a letter from an escrow company. I’d find another place to do business.
