Purchased gift cards for a couples massage for my fiancee and myself to get a massage. No one ever answers the phone , been in communication with them for over a month via text and can’t seem to get a time and date set as all they ever say is they don’t have 2 massages at the same time available. Called the thousand oaks location and they have multiple appointments available but unfortunately the gift cards I purchased are only redeemable at the Simi valley location. We aren’t from here. We’re actually 12 hours from home to visit family. I purchased a gift card for my pregnant wife as traveling can be hard on anyone’s body, especially a pregnant one. We called to set up an appointment like we’ve done multiple times in Georgia and back in New Mexico and were informed we needed to give a credit card over the phone to hold a spot… we’ve never been asked this and being that we aren’t from this area and the amount of fraudulent transactions that take place we didn’t feel comfortable doing that and were greeted with a cannot help you response. Empathy is a huge factor in providing services and keeping business going. This place lacks it. Luckily message envy’s we normally go to have that quality. I now understand the poor customer service reviews on here.

Every massage I get at any Massage Envy (so far) has been “Five Stars”. They always know what they are doing, they cater to your needs, they find soar spots and knots you didn’t even knew you had. Will mention one negative thing about the massage at the end of this review.
