Critical: ProfessionalismGot a call to cancel my 2 massage appointments, less than 2 hours before my appointment. Due to system being down, what a joke! Poor management and inconsiderate staff. Reason they gave is because they couldn’t see my medical history in their system since THEIR system went down and it’s down at multiple locations. The therapists were not comfortable seeing us because we are NEW customers. Why can’t we provide hard copy medical info in the office instead of looking at it online in their BROKEN SYSTEM? Makes zero sense. I called another location to confirm THEIR systems are down across various locations, but the location I called to verify this, also said they were keeping ALL of their same day appointments and not cancelling them, even for Newbies. The outrage I felt, to be cancelled on short notice. I had to call my Mom, who lost her emotional support animal less than 1 month ago, who’s belated birthday I was treating her to a massage here to tell her we were cancelled on. These employees have zero empathy or consideration for one’s well-being. Isn’t that the point of massage therapy? Not to mention, I spent hours online trying to find a location that could accommodate a 1-hr massage for 2 people at the same time. Online reservations are terrible, cannot even see times for two people, you have to do it one by one and risk booking when you don’t even know if there’s another time slot open.
