Critical: CommunicationI had two appointments scheduled in September and when I called to confirm them the rep told me there was no appointment scheduled. I don’t understand why it is so incredibly difficult to get an appointment! ! I was informed that they had openings but only for members. I wanted to bring a guest and give one of my prepaid massages to my friend (which, I have several massages stacked up because I always have a difficult time booking an appointment)…impossible! So, instead of booking 2 massages, they have booked 0 and also lost an opportunity to gain a new member…

I come regularly, and am always greeted with the offer of tea. I love tea. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. I have never gotten a poor massage here– always great, from any therapist. I recommend Thomas for his attention to detail in trouble spots and wide understanding of the musculoskeletal system.

Im not impressed with this Massage Envy location. I had a membership and found a massage therapist that I liked but she ended up moving out of state..I continued going and trying out different therapists but they weren’t that good and the front desk staff that answered the phone were almost always rude. They didn’t seem to enjoy working there, rushed through the massage, and they would NEVER be the full hour (they always start 5-10 minutes after appt time and then end the massage 5-10 minutes early). I canceled my membership but had 1 massage left that I already paid for so I went to the Wildomar location and it was MUCH better. I highly recommend the Wildomar location over this one.

I’m so shocked, the massage didn’t feel good at all.. I could massage someone the exact same way they did with no effort. I wonder if they even got the proper amount of training. I just wasted $60 on a massage my 13 year old sister probably could’ve gave. Watch out for Selena because her customer service is terrible. It was my first massage so I was a little shy and didn’t know if I should ask her to turn the heater on because I was shivering, there were goosebumps on my arms so she could see it. When I finally asked her to turn the heat on she responded by saying “I’d have to go to the front and ask them to turn it on.” Like it was a chore there was no friendliness in her tone what so ever & she didn’t go above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience.

Massage Envy is incredible! The desk staff is always courteous and helpful, the massage therapists are professional and great at what they do, and the atmosphere/ambiance is both welcoming and relaxing. You get way more than you pay for and I highly recommend it to everyone and anyone!

I enjoyed getting a prenatal massage at this facility. I wish their massages werent si expensive. It would be a great idea to have specials for people who arent members every now and then. I would be more apt to by services if people were not constantly trying to sell you a long term contract membership. Other than that the facility is clean and the masseuse I had was great.
