Do NOT start a membership, they will not cancel it. I requested for months to be taken off of the membership because I really wasn’t using the services anymore, I think I had like 9 or 10 backed up. I didn’t expect for any of my stuff to be honored or anything I just wanted the membership to be canceled, but they refused and said a manager is going to take call you back, then a manager never calls you. I paid them hundreds of dollars for no services rendered and they still get so defensive about canceling a membership that instead of just losing a membership, they lost a customer.

Do yourself a favor and get the 1 year membership. Nothing like looking forward to your monthly massage.. and if you decide you need 2 or 3 massages that month – you get it at a discounted price. Signing up for the membership is easy and pretty quick. They ask you questions on what you are looking for, any limitations you might have etc. The staff are very courteous.

After 1 massage that was gifted to me, I bought a membership because it was so healing and relaxing. Crystal is my requested therapist, she is very professional and does consistently great body work. Getting monthly massage has improved my body, released tension in my neck and back and really allows me the space as a working mom of 2 kids to unwind and get that parasympathetic response that de-stresses me and fills my cup. Great value for the membership, and I’ve been really satisfied with this location.

The massage therapist never asked what type of pressure I wanted. I had to ask multiple times for her to go firmer. Each request seemed to last 30 seconds. The massage was like a clawless cat kneading my back. She spent more time in the areas I said didn’t matter than those that were problem areas.
