First time here for 90 minute massage (was gifted a certificate). Masseuse was nice and tried to accommodate my requests but she did not seem very skilled and did not actively discuss anything with me in regards to what I submitted on my intake survey. Several hours following the massage I developed a large lump on my lower back that seems to be getting worse and will require a medical visit this week.

The front desk was not friendly or knowledgeable. The massage was just ok . I can get a much better massage at a Thai place. This location is going down hill . My daughter had a massage also by a different masseuse and she said it was awful. Lorrie did not listen to her concerns of wanting a deep tissue massage. She just gave her a poor massage and to top it off she got cheated out of 10 minutes.
