Massage therapists and front desk employees are AMAZING. The staff pulling the strings with regards to membership is AWFUL. Continued paying for 1-year membership during the pandemic because I would have lost all unused (payed for) credits otherwise. They placed account on hold without charge briefly while they closed doors during the pandemic. Once they reopened, they lifted the hold and expected members to use credits that were already paid for or they would lose them. The pandemic was still in full force and I was not comfortable getting a massage and therefore I lost hundreds of dollars with no chance of a refund. This happend over a year ago and I’m still upset.

Received a 90 minute couples massage gift card earlier this year. ME has refused to honor it and will only allow for a 60 minute couples massage. Unbelievable! So disappointed.

I was surprised to see this Massage Envy in Moreno Valley of all places!!!! I used to go to the one on Shiloh in Fayetteville, Arkansas Near the Pet Smart.

They booked my husband and me for the wrong time-place wasn’t even opened for one appt! I tried again and they rescheduled me, again for a different person-then tried to cancel after I cancelled for a family emergency this place is unorganized and the office staff holds a new level of STUPID! Not impressed and will never go to another Massage Envy!

Poor customer service. Front desk staff eating potato chips and dip. Standing around talking and laughing. They owed me a 30 minute credit due to therapist coming in 10 minute late and then finished session 10 minutes late. Keep having excuse about giving me credit.

I booked an appointment to use my Mother’s Day gift card and I was so excited to just relax. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t hit the mark…it included a great deal of talking and more stretching than massaging to include a diagnosis to come back for my sessions. Not what I was looking for at all. After the online questionnaire, the check-in questionnaire on the iPad and the brief conversation with the therapist before the session makes me wonder where the miscommunication was? How to ask a massage therapist to stop talking 20 minutes in so you can just relax without feeling uncomfortable granted you’re face down on a table is something I wonder as well.

Choosing to go and get a massage for the first time, I was really nervous; I thought it was going to hurt,I don’t know why, but I did. Too my surprise, my visit turned out to be a great experience! I really enjoyed the massage, Star who was my massage therapist, as well as the front clerk were so nice, welcoming, and made my first time visit an enjoyable and comfortable experience. I will definitely be going back again.
