So disappointed with this Massage envy. I cannot speak about others because this has never happened to me. Scheduled about 1.5 week prior and mentioned it was my bf birthday and first time there. They called me once to tell me not ask me that my appointment was moved. Called the second time for it to be moved again and with different masseuse so I say FINE AND SETTLE. Get to my appointment time sure enough get the youngest of the youngest masseuse but give them the benefit of the doubt. Sadly horrible massage! I was expecting better. They finished 14 minutes early and it’s as if they were rushing us to get out after. So for $200 I rather go to a hole in the wall massage place. You’ll get your full hour and it will be a lot more relaxing than this experience. I should have known better

They canceled me the day of my appointment. I tried to be understanding and rescheduled for the following week. I drove 45 minutes the next week to my appointment just to find out they scheduled me for the wrong day, and couldn’t get me in. They asked me to reschedule again, but I was done. I cancelled my appointment completely and decided to go somewhere else.

They charge a membership in order to get service then charge for the service. So far I’ve had two messages by two different people..if you get a message beware your body hurts for a few days. I had a gift card. I wont be continuing service. Plus rates are going up.

I was really disappointed because I called them on the 5th of September and I need to return the pca skin product that I both with them on the 7th . It costs $178+ and I didn’t see any good result. I was not living in this area. And it will take me 2 to 3hrs of driving. I just had my surgery and what I was asking is 2days of being delayed. Well hope pca can get more customers despite having not a good products.

I was blessed with Gregardo and he was absolutely amazing. Not only was he kind but wasn’t afraid to dig deep and made sure to ask how I was throughout the whole time. He was also great to talk to. He listened to me and what my body needed and spent more time on the areas that deserved it. I felt so comfortable and he was so professional. I left there feeling like I was in heaven. If I lived in Redlands, he would most definitely have me as a regular client. Book him!!

I’ve done a massage, facial and stretch appointment at this location and they were each rejuvenating and sooo relaxing. The facial with Traci today was my first ever and it was amazing! She was gentle and answered my questions with a knowledgeable and personable approach. My face is so fresh and hydrated now. I’m so thrilled I got a membership here 🙂

He listened to my concerns, asked questions before the session to reassure me that he understood what I needed, and wasn’t afraid to apply pressure and work out the knots that required additional attention. Most therapist are afraid to apply more pressure because of my small frame, but Isaiah confidently worked out my neck and shoulders in the way my body needed the most. He was highly professional even with how he draped the sheets around different parts of my body. He also did an exceptional job of explaining the technical details about how massages benefit the body. However, he will only share those details if you happen to ask during the session, and then he will politely say, he can explain the functioning if you would like. So professional!
