Worked with Navi, she untangled a lot of knots on my back. All the trapped emotions started coming out. I had to accept it and let it run its course until it stops by itself. Also I was sore at first but the day after, I felt like I was light as a feather and able to handle the day better. Navi seems she knows a lot and does her job well. I would recommend if you can afford it because you’re worth it.

When I walked in everyone was super nice and inviting . My massage was not that relaxing and I had booked a whole body massage and only got my back massaged? And I also had a chemical peel she was super nice and helpful . It was not a chemical peel at all . The chemical peel did nothing to my face ,if anything made me break out . Way to expensive and not worth the time !

Im not typically one to enjoy a massage so I don’t go very often. When I do, this is the place. The front desk staff is always friendly. The therapists I’ve had always check in with me about pressure. The last visit, I had Eli. He was very pleasant and was attentive to my needs.

Really good place, good masseuse workers. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they charged me again when I had already cancelled my subscription. So I had to call and fix that, but I’m sure if I had never done that they would have never realized it.

I bought a membership because it was less expensive and less restrictive that my independent masseuse. Positives: hasn’t raised prices like many services in last 2yrs. Lots of choices for masseuse and cancelation policy is fair, just min 4hrs prior to appt. Love the choices for facials. Negatives: Don’t like that I book and pay for 1hr massage and get 50min or less massage. I understand turn over but I shouldn’t be responsible for cleaning time after my service. Overall, a good choice for facials or massage. I will continue my membership as long as my favorite masseuse and facialist remain.

They want you to sign up as a member, but they don’t honor the promised policies. I had to cancel my membership. It wasn’t worth it. You are supposed to be allowed to accrue and give accrued massages to others as a gift, but they refused to honor this because of Covid-19 and Brittany refused to get a supervisor to ask if it was possible. They said it would mean taking on someone new, but I hadn’t been there in months so it was the same difference. They have no problems taking your money though.

My massage therapist rocks. I love coming once a month. I joined as a member. Best decision I ever made! Staff is nice, attentive and helpful. Therapy rooms are neat and clean, the bathrooms are clean too. And the the therapy beds have warmers…love that!

I always have a great experience here with the front desk staff to the message therapists. They attend to all of your needs abs aren’t pushy with the packages or memberships. I have seen Jamila and Andrew-they provide the right about of medium to firm pressure that I need for my sore joints/muscles.

Hubby and I visited on Saturday for a couples massage to start off our 3rd wedding anniversary celebration. We were able to get booked within the same day. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. We were looking to get deep tissue massages since we both have lots of knots. Hubby’s masseuse was Laura and mine was Jorge. They both did an incredible job and did exactly what we asked of them. Hubby was very pleased with Laura working on his back and Jorge did a great job with the amount of pressure and just overall seemed very knowledgable.
