I purchased 2 couple massages at Christmas time as gifts. $150 each. 1 of the gifts was used. The other couples massage appointment keeps getting canceled on us. As of now in July we have not been contacted by staff to reschedule appointment. Very frustrating for us. I have called 4 times and no one has returned my calls. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone else. They tell me no refunds as well

After all, we are there to relax right? Critical: CommunicationLet me say that they are good massuase. But issue is not the main service. Issue is with how they handle customers. I wanted to cancel the membership. They were closed and I reached out to corporate. They were supposed to reach out to me. No one did the I reached out to corporate again and there is no response. I decided to leave a voicemail and they reached out. They refunded the money and then they charged again for next month. As they were closed they expect I send out the paperwork right away. I had an appointment at the same time as my wife. Got a call that my therapist wasn’t available for my appointment so I reluctantly agreed to change it to earlier in the day than my wife’s appointment because appointments are notoriously difficult to get. Long story short I’m stuck at the mechanics at the time of my new appointment, I ask to reschedule and they tell me they have to charge me for half the cost of my appointment. I didn’t get a reminder call the day before, no app notification reminding me of my new appointment time at all. But the big annoyance for me is that I was willing to work with them when they needed me to change my time but when I need to do the exact same thing they charge me.

Scheduled a couples massage for some much needed relaxation time for my wife and I just to have our appointment cancelled 20 minutes before we were supposed to show up. To make things worse, the staff could not have been more unapologetic. If I cancel an appointment less than 24 hours in advance they still charge me. As far as I’m concerned Massage Envy owes me some money. We have been long time members at this location, but we will both be cancelling our memberships this week. So disappointed.

My husband bought me membership for my birthday and I love going there once a month! I like that if you can’t make it one month you still get to keep that month’s massage as a credit and use it at a later time or gift it! The customer service is great. They are always very friendly and accommodating when I come in or if I need to change my appointment.

I visited this location around May of 2016. The facility is nice and very well kept. Staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The massage therapist that I saw (Jared) was so great. I felt very comfortable with him and he was nothing but professional. The massage itself was amazing but the prices they charge are outrageous. That is why I will not go back. I would have given 5 stars because I feel the service given is great quality but for me, the price is too high.
