So I booked an appointment this morning at around 10:50 for an appointment at 12:45. I can’t even talked to the staff and they told me they would let me know when Yvette would be ready and I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and went to ask how much longer it might be and no one knew. Eventually they said “Oh sorry we don’t know it looks like you booked online and it was last minute (2 hours prior) so do you want to come in tomorrow instead.” It was just trying to add a $15 ad-on to my account for next time but that I wouldn’t be seen today. So I just wasted 30 minutes of my day and its the first time in over 2 years that I’ve coming to just sit with no one sitting with no one acknowledging me. Not a good experience. But they make sure they get your money right away.

Great massage! The front desk greeted me with smiles and were expedient in setting me up for my massage. My massage was wonderful. Absolutely no noise. The depth of massage was perfect. I’ll be back.

Critical: QualitySo I’ve been here a couple times now, the first time was great. This time definitely not. The guy was late by 15minutes, which was only a pain because I was on lunch break. He smelt of cigarettes which was incredibly unpleasant. It was a very odd beginning of like pinching my skin, which I’ve had A LOT of massages and never had that done. The rest of the massage was mediocre. And today (the day after) I still have a knot in my back preventing me from sleeping and moving. Not at all worth the $120 or the $40 tip but I didn’t have any change just 20s.I do not recommend this place for massages with a purpose. So I’ve been here a couple times now, the first time was great. This time definitely not. The guy was late by 15minutes, which was only a pain because I was on lunch break. I have been a member of the Massage Envy using the Santee location for several years and have always found the Front desk staff pleasant and patient. Moreover, the therapists at this location are all very good at what they do and sensitive to needs and desires of how I want my massage done. I have found Gio to be outstanding and book future appointments in order to see him on a regular basis. Also recently I have used the services of Rosalina who is also top drawer in her craft. I will remain a member for as long as I’m able! The facility is decorated very nicely and had has a clean and calming look making the environment relaxing the minute I walked in the door. Thank you for a great experience.

I had a Microderm scheduled with Gabby last week and she was incredible! Three weeks prior to this appointment I had a chemical peel done, Gabby noticed this immediately and explained why a microderm would not be a good idea, due to the damage of my skin. She then spent 15 minuets resetting the room with the customized facial supplies AND still had an hour session. I cant speak highly enough of my experience with Gabby. Thank you so much!

ME Santee is the Best! I’ve been going there weekly for two years and they provide a professional, friendly and soothing environment. Everyone is so welcoming, wanting to accommodate your massage and/or skin care needs. Liz Wimberly is my therapist, she has an innate gift! Everyone has been nice.The only problem that I have experienced so far is that they are too busy. It is hard to get a last minute appointment, if you have a specific person in mind, be prepared to schedule a few weeks out.
