I have been a customer for years, standing appointment once a week same therapist. Even when I am out of town I give away my appointment to an employee or a client not to miss my spot and keep my commitment to my therapist . Yesterday I showed up for my weekly appointment, pre-scheduled for months in advance and confirmed by phone a week earlier and the appointment was given to someone else without notice to me.

Bella who does facial is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled for a facial and she called me the day before to cancel because she was going on vacation I told that would be fine and I would like to reschedule for the next week same day and the time she said ok! Friday afternoon comes around and without seeing a confirmation email for my Sunday apoitment I had called 4 times with no answer. Saturday morning I called at 8:45 am, 8:57, 10:14, 10:30 and no answer. Then Sunday comes and I called them 10:02 am, and 10:06 and drove to the 7650 Girard Ave Ste 200, La Jolla, CA 92037 location went into the elevator 2nd floor and it was pitch dark all lights out. Iooked at the website and they confirmed that they opened at 10 am on Sundays.

Critical: QualityThe staff and everyone was nice enough but the quality of the massage was pretty bad. It did not feel like the massage therapist was attentive or even wanted to be there. The areas of focus were still in pain by the time I left. Just overall poor equality. The front desk staff was nice though that’s the only positive.

Critical: CommunicationMy wife signed up for the monthly $70 plan. For months they have charged $70 two times a month. Despite calls to ME in LJ this continues. They were going to refer it to higher ups but nothing happened. I will have to dispute it though the credit card compt.

I had the most unprofessional experience at any massage envy here. I dealt with a completely unprofessional “therapist” named Brittney who showed up with an attitude and piercings through her ear that appeared bigger than the size of her brain. From our first interaction, she was rude and acted as if she was doing me a favor by agreeing to massage me. When I asked her if there was a problem, she wouldn’t answer and directed to management. There was no management present but the receptionist came out and apologized for her behavior. I was told that there was nobody else to massage me and I was out of luck.

They continue to charge my account moth after month of telling them to freeze it. I even got so frustrated, I cancelled the account last month, and I’m still being charged! I have disputed it on my credit card and will be reporting it to authorities if they continue to charge me without permission.

It was a very relaxing massage . Very quiet environment and clean and the masseuse was very knowledgeable . I highly recommended if you looking for light relaxing massage but not for deep tissues but overall was very delightful experience

I went in with a pulled muscle in my back. Kristine was incredibly adept at working through the muscle as well as finding pressure points that affected the sore area. Thanks Kristine! Also, the receptionists are always so pleasant and helpful. I’ve been going here for about 6 months and really love it.

I was in town for the week for work. I had a migraine for 3 due to the tension in my neck, so I decided to go have a massage to minimize the migraine at best. I was scheduled with Luke who was amazing and specialized in acupressure. Long story short, Luke is La Jolla’s best kept secret! My headaches were gone later that evening. Don’t take my word for it, If you have the opportunity, go!
