Medicore experience compared to my typical location. Waitingroom was bright with a faux fireplace. The room I was in was partitioned. The masseuse didn’t really lower the lights or her voice durning the massage so the atmosphere was not as relaxing as I anticipated. The massage itself went fine. No check in after the massage from the masseuse, just walk yourself to the front.

Jazmin was knowledgeable about skincare and always let me know what each step was during my facial. Additionally, as someone who is disabled, Jazmin went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable- even allowing me to stay in my wheelchair that reclines while I had my facial. This made me feel much more relaxed as I didn’t need assistance to transfer and was able to feel comfortable. I enjoyed every moment of my treatment. I can’t wait to get another facial!

The massage was medium to firm and she got straight to my tight muscles. Some areas hurt more then others and she eased up on the pressure. I only wish I had 90 minutes with her instead of 60. Her style was quick and straight to the point. I am definitely looking forward to getting another massage by her. I have enjoyed all my massages at massage envy but right now my go to person is Nanci. If you are looking for a firm massage that can also be enjoyable, try Nanci.

Please review every single form that you sign on your membership application with Massage Envy. My bad, I didn’t read carefully. now they are charging my card $75 per month even I stopped going there and even I don’t benefit from any service. I tried cancelling my membership. They have something called “Freezing” but no cancellation. The freezing time is a postponement of the billing. After the Freeze Time, you will have to pay the number of months you had your membership frozen. You can’t cancel your membership. You have to fulfill a 12-months payment with or without services.
