I’ve never been so frustrated working with a company. Each month I am charged for a new session, yet it is impossible to book a massage within 30 days. Due to COVID I accrued months worth of sessions because they still charged me even though they were closed. In an effort to use some of my banked sessions I took 2 friends to get services with me. They only allowed me to transfer 1 session! I had to pay cash for the 2nd friend!! When I tried to cancel the membership they said I only have 60 days to use all of my sessions or I will lose them ( I can barely get 1 massage scheduled in 60 days let alone 18)! Even though I have already paid for all of the sessions!! When I asked how I can stop accruing sessions and still keep the ones I’ve already purchased I was informed I can pay a monthly fee to put my membership on hold. In other words- I need to pay more money to be able to use the money I already spent!!

I have a membership here and thoroughly enjoy it. I go once or twice a month. I have tried other Massage Envy locations in the IE and Eastvale has the best firm pressure massage therapists. Olga and Sonia are the BEST around!! There is a trick to getting on the schedule.. you just have to book in advance. 2 or 3 month out.

Eastvale is definitely my favorite location. I always leave super relaxed. My facials with Marcey have left my skin glowing. My massage with Sonia was phenomenal and by far one of the best I’ve had. Also, the girls in the front are super nice (Carly and Ally). Thank you Sandy for having an amazing team! I will be back=)

Front desk staff was very good. The Peel facial I did felt a bit rushed but my skin did feel really good afterwards . I was told by another facility I should of received a complimentary mini kit to follow my procedure. Eastvale claimed each facility is different and they do not offer this. So I lost out. I will be going to another facility for my next peel.

The worst possible customer service, rude with no respect for people’s time. My lady and I scheduled a couple’s massage over 5 months ago, received a call last week from McKenzie that they’re going to have to cancel my appointment. Received a follow-up call saying that that was a mistake and the couples room will be available 11/19/2022. We did the pre-check in, this morning and drove over an hour to get there just to be told by Mackenzie and Stacy the “manager” that the couple’s room isn’t available. They knew at the beginning of the day that it wasn’t available but neglected to call us.

This locations customer service is horrible , they want to blame everything on “covid” and want you to be ok with them canceling appointments but still charging you your monthly fee. Spent over a month trying to get someone to call us back and we left 20 msgs and made over 50 phone call, even after they agreed to cancel our service we still got billed . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Had a very hard time getting on the schedule at all. First appt got cancelled and rescheduled for future date. When I arrived for that appt they told me the person I was scheduled with called out, later they slipped and said they were actually on vacation a d they had know weeks ahead of time. They just forgot to tell me they cancelled my appt. They did make up for it by covering my next facial appt that we scheduled. Once I arrived for the facial 15 mins ahead of time like it says to. I waited for 15+ minutes and then I was handed an iPad to complete a survey. Then I wait some more and finally get taken to the room. By the time anything starts its already 20+mins into the 60 min appt. I don’t get how they can sell “60 min” massages and facials but no one actually gets 60 mins of service. If they sold them as 45mins, then I would understand. I would recommend to find a local small business that offer these services and care about you instead of going to this chain that you are just another dollar.

We asked for them to freeze the account as she had more than she could possibly use. They said it would be 10.00 per month to keep her unused prepaid massages.
