Arranged an entire Sunday around an appointment made a month in advance. Arrived on time. After waiting for 10 minutes I’m told the ‘esthetician ‘ just called and will be another 30 minutes late. Was told someone else (I don’t know and didn’t choose) can do the service. No. I left. Did not reschedule. What a HUGE DISRESPECT for my time.

WEAK. They just called me to cancel tomorrow’s appointment that I scheduled a month ago. The next comparable appointment was 5 weeks out from now lmao ME’s are a total scam post pandemic. Artificially low therapist numbers so you can’t spend your credits, won’t let you cancel and keep using credits. The last time I was in there on a Friday afternoon maybe 20% of the rooms were being used. They void your saved credits if you cancel your sub so you can’t quit until you use them all but you can’t use them because they have no appointments available. Don’t fall into the scam. Take your hard earned money to a smaller local spa where they will appreciate it and take care of you.

I have been to two other locations and I was not happy with my sessions! I will say this location is by far the best one in my opinion. I had a 90 minute massage and Jessica was absolutely fabulous! I followed my massage with a 60 minute facial and Lisa was absolutely fabulous! I live in Rancho and because of what great service these two ladies gave me I will drive to this location everytime!! Thank you ladies for making me feel so relaxed today!!

I have never had a bad experience at this location. I have chronic headaches from knots in my neck and shoulders but Andrew and Gloria are the best! They were able to really help reduce and eliminate these pesky knots and my headaches have gone away. I even was able to relax and fall asleep at my last visit. Thank you Andrew and Gloria! You guys are the best!!!!

I recently went here to get a facial and they have the best service. The people were extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed. Not to mentioned how amazing the overall experience was! I had heard all kinds of horrible stories about facials, but I promise you it’s one of the best experiences. Love love love it !!
