This morning was my first time getting a massage in this place, I was very excited because it was my birthday present from my daughter. First they asked me many questions and I explained to them how I would like the massage and what areas I need more pressure because of the work I have, so when the lady started I was thinking she would do it the way I said but she didn’t. I felt like she was just massaging my skin, I had told her about how I wanted the pressure and I had told her from the beginning how I wanted the massage and she said I just had 7 min left. I was thinking she was going to turn me over and do the the other half of my body but only massaged me for like 5 minutes I didn’t even count how much time passed but I think it was to late. I didn’t get what I needed, my expectations were very high off this place.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. They gave my ID to a complete stranger. Message Envy called me and told me “here is the phone number of the person who has your ID, good luck and hope everything works out” The only reason they realized this had happened was because the person they gave my ID to contacted Message Envy and told them you gave me someone else’s ID. I had to cancel my membership because I do not feel comfortable going to a place where they are that careless. Instead of taking way my stress Message Envy gave me more stress. On top of me going out of my way to pick up my ID, Message Envy still charged me the difference on the message I had with them the day before because I was canceling my membership.

I had the pleasure of having Britney for my facial and Victoria for my massage both were very, very, very, very good. Both were very knowledgeable and they listened well and they made me feel fantastic! I enjoy giving reviews when it’s warranted. But I was hesitant to give a review because I don’t want them to get booked up and I can’t get an appointment but I think everybody should enjoy them. Keep up the very much appreciated & awesome work ladies. Massage Envy should know that they have some very dedicated and valuable employees in both of you.

Please do don’t go to this place I had the worst experience my first time then they gave me a hour free the next day with a lady that didn’t avoid the areas I told her to avoid I woke up the next day with a bruise and unable to walk they didn’t care to refund me or even give me a any kind of apology they have no empathy at all the staff do not understand you when u tell them what pressure you want and what areas to avoid they even put me in a ice cold room they all they do is ask 100 personal questions and want your details and at the end it’s the worst service I’m crying while writing this i have never had this happen to me before and they said they can’t do anything about it I took 4 working days of I feel my life has changed since I worked into that place I just wish I never went for that free hour I just wish they could give me my refund

When i first walked in I was greeted and the girl at the front desk (Jessie) ask for my name. She couldn’t find me for a good minute. I showed her my confirmation and then she was able to look me up. That is not why I gave 2 stars. I had a coupon for a free 30 min upgrade, so I showed it to her BEFORE my appointment and she stated that everything would be taken care of after the appointment. I said ok and went to sit in the quiet room and wait to be called for my appointment.

The massage was great, however, customer service is shady. My husband bought a Mother’s Day gift card over the phone for me; he gave the receptionist his credit card info over the phone under the impression he was paying for the gift card. Later that week, after I came out of my massage, the receptionist presented me with the entire bill. Needless to say, before going in to the massage I had explained to the receptionist that it was a gift for Mother’s Day and that my husband paid for it over the phone. The receptionist didn’t make any clarification to the info I shared before the massage, but after the massage she very nonchalantly charges me $200. I was confused, and not understanding what’s going on since it’s a gift card that was purchased over the phone. But according to receptionist, they ask for credit card info, but don’t charge it!! I’m perplexed; how does one purchase a gift card over the one, give their credit card info and not charge the card! The whole thing felt very uncomfortable, as I had to take out my credit card to pay for my Mother’s Day gift. There goes my hubby’s thoughtful gesture, ruined by incompetence and perhaps shadiness from the Chino location.

Very disappointed in this location. I booked a same day appointment because I was in a lot of pain. I received a positive COViD test result about an hour before my appointment. When I called to reschedule they said they would have to charge me to reschedule. They didn’t care that I had COVID. I could have made the appointment and exposed everyone, but in an effort to keep everyone safe I tried rescheduling. I was planning to pay with a 60 min massage gift card. They said I could use the gift card to cover the cancellation; but it would no longer be valid. The end result is I lose my gift card ($75), get no massage, for circumstances out of my control. Very disappointing!!! And my family loses their money they spent on the gift card. I will never book with them again. After reading reviews sounds like they’re more about $ than client retention and customer service.

So I made an appointment two days before my actual massage the girl who answered the phone was really rude and presumptuous about what specifically I needed. I said I just had surgery I need a lymphatic massage right away she says we don’t do that we don’t massage abdomens I said well I don’t need my abdomen massaged I didn’t say anything about massaging my abdomen soo she then carries on to say well we don’t do lengthy lymphatic massage we just do normal massages I said well I need a massage and aren’t your massage therapist versed in lymphatic massage she didn’t answer. RUDE…She then went on to look up my information it was under a different number I said no that’s not my number here’s my new number and she’s right away snaps back and says so this isn’t your number I said OK well I did just said that’s not my number so finally I make my appointment after this really rude little girl on the phone and I’m like man I really don’t even want to go spend 120 bucks for this massage but I’m going to go anyway so I get there Saturday at 6 PM for them to tell me oh well your appointments canceled we tried calling you and emailing you but there was no answer and there’s no other availability so I give this place 1star for their unprofessionalism and that they’ll cancel your appointment out of the blue even though they don’t get a hold of you
