The manager at Thousand Oaks location was very informative. I called prior to coming and asked about a gift certificate. Informed her that I will be going to the agoura hills location to pick up. Ended up driving at lunch and tge location was closed. Then drive to Thousand Oaks and got to see her she didn’t apologize and then I noticed that there is a marketing post on tge glass about a 1 hour message for 70 dollars. I told her that I wanted tge deal. Tge manager said that tge offer ended that morning but she forgot to remove the offer Fromm the window. I tried to inform her that this is false advertisement. She said that there is nothing that she can do. I purchased tge 75 dollars fir 1 hour message because she refused to honor the promo .
