My dude at massage envy is the best I’ve had in years. I go monthly and weekly sometimes. He listens and the therapy is invaluable. I won’t tell you his name cause you better not book him up. But If you do go, you’ll have a great time – just make sure to communicate your needs and wants!

Terrible customer service. They don’t and won’t acoomadate you whatsoever. I actually was there 20 minutes early, my sister had booked my appt as a gift since i just gave birth to a baby a month ago. When i got there they told me the appt was for a male masseuse, i was not coming so i asked if they could switch me for a girl masseuse and they wouldnt commadate me . Insteade they deducted time from my massage . I decided to leave . Im nerver coming back. This was terrible service for a business that has multiple locations. Save your money go to a different massage place who care about their clients . That dont just care abour the money .

Critical: QualityI went here 5 years ago and had the best relaxing massages. I only stopped because of cost increase to $79 from $59. Well they dropped prices down again and I know why. These people do not know about massage. I have tried all the girls here and they rub you. Not massage you. They have no techniques. They shake your body while massaging you and rub so quickly instead of strong, smooth, constant movements. Its quick ,rough, rubbing. Not pleasant. They never do scalp massage, never massage my feet or hands except a quick light rub, never do neck strtching. No one knows how to massage the shoulders. Even the girl who is their only deep massager.. Horrible technique. It was such a disappointment visiting this place. I thought these chain massage places must be better, since they charge a lot of money, but I can’t believe what a terrible job the guy did today. They give u a tablet with some fancy questions which apparently no one reads your answers. The guy didn’t even touch my feet even though I chose more focus on feet in their questionnaire. He didn’t clean my body and I had to put on my cloth while covered with oil. By the way, their 1hour massage took 47 minutes. You can get a much much better massage with a third money you pay here at the local massage houses.

Horrible service and disorganized beyond belief.Massages may be good but management and reception staff overwhelmingly rude and inexperienced. If you’re looking to relax this isn’t the place to make that happen. Owner wake up and get rid of this front facing staff and manager.

The massage therapists are professional and courteous in their approach. The atmosphere was relaxing and the price was unbeatable for a couple’s massage. I give it four stars out of five because I would have liked deeper tissue massage. But everything else was well done.

The worst massage I’ve ever had. This was not a massage. All the masues did was rub my skin with lotion. I have been in pain and needed a good deep tissue massage. Maybe if it was a sugar scrub it would have been great. I’m so disappointed as this is walking distance. I was thinking of joining a membership but not anymore. The lady was nice. I left dissatisfied
