Worst customer service ever! My wife that is 9 months pregnant went to get a prenatal massage that was a gift from her mother and sister for a 60 min massage. Her mother already had the gift card in the system when my wife booked the appt. Massage Envy ended up booking her a 90 min massage but she didn’t know and then was charged for the extra time. She asked for the massage that was on the gift card then they shouldn’t expect her to pay if they mess up and book her the wrong amount of time. The point was for a massage that was a gift not have to pay extra.

La Habra massage envy is great. There are many great masseuses and I’ve been going there for many years. Their staff is quite loyal and you will have a good massage depending on your needs. They have add-on services and facials too. It can be hard to get an appointment here so plan ahead. Now they text you when there are last minute openings!

I went in today to get a prenatal massage and the experience was amazing. I was a bit nervous because I have never had a massage before but the ladies were very helpful and made me feel at ease. Sherrie was a wonderful masseuse. She made me feel really comfortable and made sure I was feeling okay through out the entire massage. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars was because my massage started 15 minutes late and ended about 5/8 minutes early. I purposely came in early to fill out papers so it wouldn’t cut into my massage time but when my massage was supposed to start they had brought me more papers to fill out. Overall the actual time I was getting massaged was great.

This was both mine and my fiance first time as a couples massage. We were both very excited. Only to be let down by the experience. Over the phone I requested a deep tissue massage. I had to ask the man multiple times to plase do it harder. It was NOT a massage it was a awkward rub. It was terrible. An when I told the receptionist about my experience she didnt seem to care. So I called to speak to the manager I was told by the receptionist she was busy I left my number and its been two weeks and I never heard back. A waist of money. Never again !.

I’m giving a 2-star review because I’ve always had good experiences with the therapists and would hate to have them affected by this review. But as for the business, and customer service, they deserve 1 star and I will not be returning as a member. This “membership” is one I will never get tricked into again. I signed up for a 3-month membership and the contract states that you have 90 days to receive your 3 massages. I signed up on July 14th, signed my contract, took it home, put it who knows where, and never looked at it again. Had my 2nd massage in September and I knew I had one more massage to get before the end of October. I set up my last massage that day in September for October 27th. The girl at the front desk did inform me that I had one last massage available; however, did not inform me that the day she was scheduling me on was passed my membership termination date. I was told today that they “don’t have that information readily available.” So to wrap this up, I go in today to be informed my last credit is gone (money lost) and my session today will be $100. I initially went into the quiet room and was going to just bite the bullet and pay the $100. But when the front desk lady informed me I had 8 minutes until the start of my massage and when I said “thanks” in my defeated and frustrated voice, she decided to respond with “you’re welcome” in her most condescending passive aggressive voice possible, I walked out and will never be returning.
