Shannon was kind, considerate, and truly an amazing massage therapist! Pressure was perfect and the massage was so relaxing! Shannon listened to my concerns and paid attention to the areas I had mentioned. She had such a great technique and I felt myself relaxing enough to nearly fall asleep on 3 separate moments. I highly recommend this super sweet and amazingly talented massage therapist ❣️After a long road trip she has me ready to head back on my trip back home!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Massage Envy Culver City, I had a not so great experience at another location. My massage therapist was Keomah. He was personable and very professional. He asked what pressure I wanted and areas I wanted him to focus on. The massage was very relaxing and well needed. I will be going back and would highly recommend his services.

My therapist Jasmine was absolutely Wonderful. I told her I had been experiencing pains in my legs especially my left leg when I laid down to sleep at night. So she worked extra hard on that area. Wanted to say since I came I’ve had no pain while sleeping since from that leg. Not to mention the Reflexology foot massage was heavenly, I felt like a million bucks when I left. I’d give Jasmine a 10 on a scale of 1-5 Thx Jazzy.

Jasmine was amazing ! I heard she’s the lead & I understand why. She keeps it short ad simple in the beginning when she asks what do you want to focus on more. She understood what I wanted as far as my massage and she was overall amazing the pressure was not bad at all she does ask if you want her to go softer or harder as far as pressure . I’ve been coming to Massage Envy (Culver City Jefferson) for years. The atmosphere is always pleasant and relaxing. What makes it even better is when the massage therapist is on point and that’s what Jestine is for me! I workout a lot and she has a way of providing the right amount of pressure to release my tension and relax me at the same time. I always need a nap whenever I leave our session, lol. Love her!

I am so sad. I really needed this massage today and what I got was the worst massage I’ve ever had before in my whole life. I’ve been a massage envy client for over 15 years (in Dallas) and recently moved here to CA. She used her elbows most of the time. She actually left in the middle of the massage for the longest time to go to the bathroom (never in my life has that ever happened). She massaged me like she was petting a dog. No tissue movement, nothing. She used her forearm to slide down my arm which sent all the blood to my hand. It was so painful. Zero effort, Zero care in the world. She doesn’t like her job – clearly making ppl feel better is not important to her. I’m almost taking this personal. I kindly ended the session early. I’m so disappointed.
