I paid for a full 60 minute massage. However, when I timed it, it was only 39 minutes. I brought up the concern to the front desk but they argued with me stating there is a 10 minute dressing period (5 before and 5 after). Even so, I was still shorted 11 minutes. I paid over 300$ for a 39 minute massage. I called again and was offered a free 30 minute session. I do not live around a massage envy and asked for a partial refund. Store said they cannot do that. If you go, time it!!! Don’t pay full if you don’t receive full service.

I was scheduled for 60 minute facial was only serviced for 30 minutes. I asked the manager why , she said she didn’t know. She still wanted me to pay full price . Luckily the Apple Pay was not working and I was not able to pay. Only used my monthly credit for the service . The Manager asked me to call her when I got home with my card number for the rest of the payment. I will not pay the other half unless I receive the other 30 minutes of my facial . All the manager on duty could say multiple times is that “ I have never had anyone complain about her. “ Which has totally nothing to do with me . I haves used ME in different states because I travel for work and I have never had a session cut at 30 minutes. If you want customers to pay you , provide the service scheduled .

I’ve been a member at the ME DTLA location for over a year and have enjoyed every session. My most recent massages have been with Erica, Marcia, Marlo, and Marina. They’ve all done fantastic jobs and are very attentive to any areas I’ve asked them to address.

Stay away ! They charge 120 per hour and the massage therapists don’t even want to give you a real message and keep playing with sheets and moving around as if they working on an elephant (I’m 170lb male). They also cut u 10 min short for dressing and undressing but charge you for full hour .

Great quick service, good massages, very new and updated. Same service as any massage envy but everything is brand new. Great building as well, they incorporated the beauty of the older building and brought in a little more modern look. Perfect.

The worst place. Never come here. I paid 150 for two massages both only 20 min. We were late because of traffic and there was no accommodation for it and they still charged us the same price for an hr massage. The front desk clerk was rude about it. The massage was even worse they barely massaged. It was just putting lotion on and moving the sheets. I would never ever come back here for recommend this to anyone who wants to get a massage. It’s a scam to say the least. There’s other way better places that aren’t a scam.

For some context, me and my girlfriend arrived late to the massage place due to unexpected traffic. I was willing to pay for the massage and still go through with it however, I did not expect them to quote us for the whole 60 minutes. Our appointment was at 5:30 and due to traffic we didn’t start our massage until 5:40. They were way too strict with the 60 minute rule without being accommodating and basically stopped after 30 minutes. I was under the impression that I would be paying for half of it because we got half the time, but they charged me and my girlfriend and total of $150 for 30 minutes whcich I found ridiculous. For your own sake please avoid this massage place or if you are looking into it make sure you arrive 10 minutes earlier than Ur appointment. This is my review in relation to the service, when it comes to the actual quality of massage it was very mediocre and had no pressure tied to it so it just felt like someone was touching my body and not massaging.

White girl with knuckle tats gave the WORST customer service ever looked extremely annoyed to deal with me, she looked angry and mad and was very short with me. I ended up not getting any of my questions answered because she was so intimidating I didn’t even want to bother. Called later in the day and spoke to Fiona on the phone and the difference in personality was incredible, you could feel her smile over the phone and she step by step walked me through the process of buying gift cards and explained the memberships and everything and was so patient. The other girl needs personality training maybe she shouldn’t be working there if she’s so angry.

Location is absolutely beautiful, but service did not match. Booked an appointment for a standard facial, when I get there they ask me to fill out paper work which normally i would have expected additional time scheduled into the appointment instead it was taken out of my 60min facial time, the aesthetician finally comes to get me after 15 mins in the waiting room saying oh, you’re here, I wasn’t informed once in the room she proceeds to talk to me about the monthly packages they offer and upgrades, she sold me on the package and upgrade and changed my standard facial to a microdermabrasion, she ask me to hold so she could go up to the counter and inform them of the upgrade.. after returning I lay down on the bed 30 mins into my session, she cleansed my face, wiped my face with wet napkins is what it felt like, and preceded with the micro-machine, she stopped two times handing me the mirror as if she had completed her service, and each time having to point out areas that I was not satisfied with, after 15-20 mins she cleansed my face moisturized and wiped off with a wet napkin, never did I have a wet or hot towel touch my face. I was at the front desk ready to check out 10 mins early.. I’ve had many facials before in the past and this was bar far the worst, it felt pressured, rushed and didn’t leave glowing. The receptionist was even confused about why the session ended so early, she asked the aesthetician to come up and explain why I ended up being charged more and received what it seemed like less time and service.. with no valid excuse or explanation she said I would see a difference in a few days. After leaving and trying to be ok with feeling robbed, I called back to speak to the manager and he offered me a free upgrade on my next service, kindly explained I was not looking for anything free only expected to get the service I paid for. Seems to me they are more concerned with Upselling instead of quality service.
