Scheduled a massage for my father on his birthday. Made a profile and account for payment. After scheduling I called to confirm. Massage envy assured me they had my info, reservation & payment method (credit card) and that my father would have no problem when he arrived or at check out. Father came, got the massage that was booked, but at the end they made him pay. Made him pay for his own birthday gift that should have been charged to my account. I came the next day in person to see what happened & why they would have charged him, especially when they assured me he wouldn’t be charged. Front desk was nice and apologized, said they had all my info and didn’t know why he was charged. She said the manager would call me back and make it right. They have made no attempts to call me since. It’s been 2 weeks.

I received my first facial here yesterday and I can say it was 100% amazing. My therapist explained everything she was doing in each step, along with “ why”. To up the experience, she massaged my shoulders, neck, arms and hands while waiting on the masks. This was truly an enjoyable experience. I have signed up for a membership… getting all of the knots out of my neck made me realize just how much I neglect myself and need to just take a 1 hour break a month, for “ me”.
