I had a appt in Jan called to see what happened, receptionists told me I didint have a appointment! No sorry or nothing I will say the receptionists got me in the next day, but it wasn’t with the same therapist so that was annoying. I wonder who keeps canceling these appointments? After having the account in frozen status for 1 year, because its practically impossible to cancel under their contract; they began charging me when I hadn’t been to the business in 2 years. I moved out of Rio Rancho hence the freeze. This was their recommendation as I had at least 60 visits built up. But when I found out through my credit card statement that they were charging me, I froze my card against any transactions from massage envy in Rio Rancho. I don’t recommend the business, and I encourage you to find other options for massage therapy. Thank you. UPDATE: someone has replied below and asked me to reach out through the online portal, I’m not even a member, just goes to show you where customers or potential and past customers lie with this business. No request to discuss or any interest to communicate directly. Don’t call or contact me I’m done with your specific location.

I had multiple appointments booked for over 2 months and I come to my appointment just for them to tell me they canceled it but nobody was able call me. The woman at the front told me she can’t do anything and my appointment was canceled no apology no offering to fit me in or book be with another therapist that day, and she can just reschedule me in about 1 month. They have no customer service or respect for their customers. I don’t recommend going here.

I started going to Massage Envy in Rio Rancho as a birthday present to myself, and I have no regrets. The facility is clean, and the employees are friendly and professional. I can’t recommend highly enough. Just go, you won’t be disappointed.

A friendly appointment reminder from staff the day before each appointment. The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is very professional and always prepared.

I have been a massage envy member for over a year and a half. I joined when I lived in NM, had a horrible experience, to the point of needing cortisone shots in my shoulder from the damage of a massage at the cottonwood location. Then moved to AZ. I was going to cancel the member ship but had an AMAZING masseuse there. I just now moved back from AZ to NM and come to this location, to give it a try. Jason was my masseuse. I have now cancelled my membership as of today. This was the worse massage I have had. I am literally in more pain than I was when I walked in. I said less pressure and got more. I asked to focus on my lower back… which barely got touched. My feet got more attention than my lower back. Horrible. Horrible horrible. I will find somewhere else in this town. Obviously this city’s massage envy can not provide massage talent. I do NOT recommend this location OR the one at cottonwood.
