I give massage envy an average rating because I have been a member for several years and their massage therapists are good. However, I highly recommend you do not get a facial from them. They are trying to get into a market they don’t belong in. I’ve had two facials and they have both been total disappointments! I had one today and the actual so called facial took maybe 12 minutes and then I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. WOW!. When I called to ask how long a 1 hour facial should be the manager started making up excuses and arguing with me which just upset me more. What a waste of my hard earned money.

First time customer. The front office was hectic and panicked due to the computer system going down. Me and my daughter were taken to the back about 7 minutes late. I was expecting additional time since our massage was delayed however my massage ended 10 minutes early per the clock in my massage room. I paid for a 60 minute massage and received 45 minute service. The atmosphere is more like a doctors office. I was not offered essentials oils. Did not smell, look or feel like a spa. We will not be returning.

Read some of the reviews after I had already booked a session so was alittle worried when I went in and boy did I worry for nothing, I’ve already been back and am going back again in 2 weeks. I had read the girl at the front desk was rude and that was farthest from the truth she was and is still extremely nice to me and my therapist Stephanie is wonderful she made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had. I have been to some of the casino resort spas here in town and even though the massages were great they are not cheaper. The only thing I would say to anyone reading the reviews is do not believe everything you read, I think the best way to judge is for yourself! I don’t have money to throw away so I am cautious on where I go and like I said I am definitely going back and will continue to do so!!!!

I’ve been a member for a year and a half. I don’t go every month but stack up my massages and use them when I really need them. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating. I have placed my membership on hold before and it was a smooth process. Therapists have always been on point and made my experience a positive one. Keep up the good work Riverside. There is a location closer to my home but can’t find it in me to transfer out of Riverside.

Critical: QualityI decided to try their dermabrasion infusion. Huge waste of my time and money. For the price I paid I expected a spa like experience. While the lady that did my service was nice, the dermabrasion fell way short. It didn’t even do anything to my skin. When she stopped I even asked, was that it? It felt rushed and didn’t even get my whole face and neck done. I also added the lip scrub and eye treatment. What a joke. I could have done a better lip scrub at home. And as far as the eye treatment, any eye cream felt the same as theirs. I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for. Way overpriced to begin with but then to receive a half done service for whatever reason is just ridiculous. Big mistake throwing my money away for a cheap service like that.
