My therapist is Lilly and she is amazing! Not only is she kind and sweet but she is knowledgeable, punctual, concerned and she structures your massage to your needs and informs you of what she feels will be the best method of attack. The staff is also very professional and very friendly. I love Massage Envy at Park West. I give my masseuse Lilly 5 stars, but overall 4 because it takes so long to get an appointment at any of the Massage Envy locations. Lilly did a great job. She used the right amount of pressure and asked several times if the pressure felt right. I didn’t have a focus area so Lilly spent a little extra time where she noticed I needed more attention, yet spent ample time on each muscle group. I especially loved the attention and pressure she used on my feet. Can’t wait to see her again next month.

I have been coming in this branch for years now. Dulce is a new discovery of mine. She is really great! For the two times that I had my facial with her, she gets it. I came in to be relaxed and take care of my skin, and she gave that to me 101%. She is a gem! To the management of ME Park West, please take good care of her. A strange reception. Session began a little late and felt more like a doctor visit or as if I were taking my car to be worked on rather than a treat or spa experience. Music wasn’t working so they asked if I could play spa music with my phone. What?! Nobody whispered as they had in the past. I Was told more about what I should do rather than asked what I needed. Staff appeared knowledgeable and highly trained but it just wasn’t the same as what I’ve come to expect from previous experiences. The appointment was booked months in advance and just wasn’t “a treat.” Maybe I just caught them on a off day. Thanks anyway guys.
