Naomi was my host to my relaxation(masseuse). She listened to my feedback and provided exactly what I needed. She made me realize where I needed focus, I always thought it was my back but her work on my legs sent me to heaven. Nice firm massage. I don’t know what else I would recommend other than maybe a cup of water after service and a private room to decompress, back into reality). My appointment time was met, it’s clean, there wasn’t too much chit chat (just enough to make me comfortable and feel like a person). I got 90 minutes for the first time over 60; so worth it. I felt well taken care of.

I’ve had many massages with various therapists at the Laveen location, and my recent experience with Naomi was hands down one of my best overall. She has a great technique, and made sure she was working on my target areas and the pressure was to my preference by checking in with me during the massage. Her friendly and warm personality was a refreshing added bonus. I definitely plan to book appointments with her in the future!

Massage Envy needs to get more reliable staff. On 3 different occasions my facials have been canceled due to the individuals having a personal emergency. I understand life happens but this seems to be the norm for this location. I’ll be canceling ny contract.

I have been a member for many years and I’m so tired of booking an appointment 30+ days in advance for it to only be canceled within hours of my scheduled appointment. No one cares nor follows up to reschedule you. All they care about is collecting your monthly fee. If maybe they would stop pushing their membership so hard they would be able to take care of the customers they have, It’s very disappointing to know that all they actually care about is their payment. However, if you were ever to cancel they will keep your money without question. Their policy is extremely strict and completely one-sided to only benefit them. The whole situation is completely ridiculous and the customer service is anything but acceptable.

My husband & I go for our monthly couple’s messages & we usually have to schedule a month out due to staffing (not a problem). The 1st couple months were great. However, we were cancelled last month (same day of appt) because the techs were sick so we had to re schedule & be pushed out 5 more weeks (even w/changing therapists). So we reschedule BUT again, we were cancelled (same day of appt) because staff issue again. Mind you we had our confirmation messages earlier in the morning. Offered me another reschedule 3 more weeks out. We have now requested our contract to be terminated & a refund for last 2 months. We look forward to something for weeks & twice now they cancel less then a few hours notice with no resolution except wait another month. Ridiculous. Hire more staff or set better expectations to your current staff.
