I love Tiffany! She is literally the BEST massage therapist, I’ve ever had! I’ve had bad experiences with message therapists in the past. And could never find one with a technique I liked. Tiffany’s pressure and technique is perfect! Hits all my problem areas, whilst keeping me very relaxed. She does light-medium. Her medium is strong on tension and knots. I def would recommend Tiffany to everyone I know.

I’ve been a member for about 6 months now and have had many different people and locations that I’ve tried and my experience with Trevor was above and beyond. He pinpointed my trouble areas and made sure to do a thorough job full body and still made sure to go back and spend more time on the spots he thought needed it most. My experience usually when this happens is them rushing through feet hands etc and barely giving any pressure. He did a great job and I’m considering adding an extra massage before my next one which I already changed from a 60 to a 90 minute!

Let me preface by saying I only came here because I have credits that were gifted to me. Otherwise I wouldn’t have come based on all the feedback I’ve received about this company in general. I went online and booked an 11am appointment for my daughter to have a facial. I called to see if there were any 11am appointments for a massage so we can be in at the same time. To my surprise, there was 1 appointment available. We just went to our appointments today and upon arrival, I was asked how old my daughter was. She’s 12. Well apparently they have a rule that no one under 16 is allowed to get a facial without a parent or guardian in the room. Well that’s funny, didn’t say anything about that when I was booking the appointment online. So I told them to cancel my appointment and we can just do hers. Then it became another story that no one under 13 can even get a facial. Again, there was no warning online when booking the appointment. They apparently texted their boss to ask if they could make an exception. The girl checking us in was rude and talking about me to her cohort as we were waiting in the lobby. In addition, the person who was supposed to be doing my massage was extremely happy I wasn’t getting one anymore. Unprofessional in front of clients if you ask me. Boss texted front desk girl back and said they can only do an appointment for my daughter if she had a note from her doctor. Again, dumb. We left and told them they should fix their online booking to specify minors aren’t allowed. This was supposed to be a time of decompression and relaxation. It was everything but that. Will NEVER come back, especially this location.

It’s was great and related w/ maseusse and got alot out of massage. Thanks for working so hard in getting all muscle knots worked out and tips to do on my own. I was just frustrated that we started 10 minutes late and we couldn’t complete my full 1 hour in a half. Must have had another client that backed up to my appointment. Other wise is was very good and enjoyed… just want what I paid for
