I tried working with the ever changing management for months on end. They kept forgetting to call me back, reply to my email, or text. Then this year they started charging me more. Then, I have 18 paid visits and they claim it’s only 9? I reached out to Better Business Bureau but they ignored it completely.

Massage therapist are good, scheduling is terrible. If you want to be able to make appointments in the next three months go somewhere else. I got a 3 pack to help with a back injury and have been unable to use my credits because no one is available at this location. Pricing is also ridiculously high. Definitely go anywhere else for a massage

Wish I could give 0 starts. I worked here for about a month and it was the worst work environment I’ve ever been in Front desk workers and manger are probably the rudest people ive ever met. I’m not surprised about how many customers say something about how horrible their experience was because of the front desk. Lots of gossip and drama. Don’t recommend this job to anyone if you don’t enjoy crying because you overhear your coworkers talking about you. If you thinking about applying here. Don’t.

They lose therapists a lot and have raised their prices multiple times in the last year, but I still like them.

While occasionally I get a great therapist, the management is terrible. They don’t answer their phone or return my call after leaving messages, I have about $900 in credits they have charged and am unable to book an appointment because there is such limited availability, I try to freeze my account in order to use up what I have already paid for and they do not work with me or answer my calls. Things are always changing including policies and pricing. I have been cancelled on multiple times and unable to rebook due to no appointment availability.. yet they still receive the auto charge for the month. Massage envy does not care about its customers and just wants to continue charging those auto charges with no product delivery.

Massage Envy has several locations none seem to be better than the other. I have tried over 10 different locations, while once in a while I will get a decent therapist, anything to do with scheduling and management has been appalling. Double booking, not having any appointments available for more than 2 weeks in advance. Removing a booking without informing me of the cancelation or even a reason why when I showed up for my massage.

I am still in a state of euphoria hours after the deep tissue massage. I feel 110% better than I did when I went in. I highly recommend. I can’t wait to go back.
