Received a phone call stating my upcoming appointment had been canceled. I booked this appointment weeks prior and had it aligned with another service as well. When advising this, they had no other appointments available anytime soon that would align the two services together and let me know I would be put on a waiting list. These services are not cheap and you would think they would have better solution then just having their customers wait on them. I will gladly be taking my money somewhere else.

Do not get into a contract with these people. They have canceled my last 3 appointments with less than 6 hours notice. They won’t let me out of my yearlong contract and have only offered a 30 minute massage as restitution. They don’t have enough therapists to meet client demand. Impossible to get an appointment.

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Dishonest, untrustworthy! They lie. I’ve been trying to talk to the manger and I have left multiple messages, no one has returned my call. In fact the manager is never there. The front desk can not solve any issues that deals with money. I’m frustrated beyond belief and I just want to cancel my subscription and call it a lesson learned with $100’s of dollars lost. I really don’t know what else to say. So sad that the owner does not care about the company.

Too inconsistent, as the masseuses leave all the time. Also, the terms of the contract are a prison. Once you join and accumulate too many “credits” and need or want to leave, you lose it all – No Refunds! They will also charge you every month, even if there are no appointments available. Everything, including putting your account on hold, cost you more $$$. Beware! If you chose the stretching, I highly recommend Joe (at the AF location). The only diamond in the rough!

Had a massage on 8/8 that I literally had to wait 4 months to book due to needing a female and other staffing issues within massage envy employees. Finnally made it to my booked appointment only to be told that “there wasn’t enough time to do full body” since I had mentioned I had neck and low back pain. I explained that I confirmed 4-6 times with the schedulers that 1 hour would be enough time to do a full body massage. I started out by saying I work 2 jobs and I am extremely stressed out and just want to relax and my massage was booked with Bridget (highly recommended) to which she responded upper body would be better based on your complaints. She asked me what my problem areas were. I just stated my beck and low neck due to the nature of my work and then she went into this big thing about why full body massage wasn’t the best for me. OK fine. Upper body only. She spent literally 10 mins on my neck at such a high pressure that I had to ask her several times to lighten up the pressure which would only last a min or two. Once we got to my back she mainly focused on my thoracic spine and kept pushing on my fascia which was incredibly painful and made me cramp over 3 times to which I asked her to again please stop the high pressure and leave alone the area cramping and leave along my surgical scar that isn’t good with massages. She talked to me the ENTIRE time about situations that are extremely stressful and that I didn’t want to review while trying to relax. I ended up going home feeling extremely pressured to tip even though I didn’t feel it was warranted and with no one asking why I was upset or not scheduling more appointments. On e I didn’t tip I was promptly escorted out with no explanation. I also paid with a giftcard that caused some confusion because the link had expired since I HAD to wait so long to schedule and they tried to make me pay with my debit card on file instead of letting me use my giftcard. I returned home in tears and in so much pain that I immediately took pics of my brusing and then had to call in to work the next day due to not being able to sleep through the night and not being able to breathe without pain the day after. The longer I go the more pain and brusing I am in. I am so beyond disappointed with the lack of care for my body and the lack of knowledge that something might be qrong by the person basically demanding a tip. I won’t return and definitely want my money back.

This location is terrible. Their customer service is made up of making excuses for why they can’t keep scheduled appointments. Four months into the membership and I’ve only been able to get two massages. My wife has only been able to get one in that same time. They rescheduled an appointment with a therapist that had quit after she had already quit. Then, they just look at you snuggly and say “Sorry” without any effort to make it right.

I want say good things about this location but generally it’s been disappointing. Nothing egregious just consistently not great. There’s been one massage therapist that was really good but she’s always booked out months in advance. Today I left feeling like I’d wasted an hour and that I could have had anyone random person do a more effective massage. The guy spent more time moving from place to place than doing any massaging at all. I wish there were an anonymous review after the massage where you can give feedback to help them improve their craft. I’d tell him not to jump around so much, finish what you start, and actually massage. It seemed like a deliberate effort to spend as much time moving around and repositioning me so he wouldn’t have to do any work. From now on I think I’ll just get back facials. They’re generally much more readily available and so far I’ve had only good experiences despite getting them solely for their convenience.

I waited four long months to schedule my birthday massage and I am beyond disappointed. The massage therapist, Bridget, came highly recommended and I wad generally excited to get my time to relax with her. My first conversation with her resulting in us arguing if we had enough time to do a full body massage or not. I wad forced to reschedule my appointment 4-5 times due to scheduling issues and covid and a death in a family member of the therapist (my condolences) so I was completely excited to make it to my appointment this week on 8/8/22. My giftcard was received on 4/25/22 just to reference how long I waited for an appnt. After I decided not to argue about whether she had time to do full body or not I just settled on upper body to make her life easier. She blamed me for mentioning my problem areas but she asked what they were and then decided it was best to just focus on them. Massage started and she spent literally 10 min on my neck then had me flip to laying on my stomach so she could work on my back and she never once focused on my low back just my thoracic spine which was never mentioned as a problem area. She kept using such strong pressure that I literally had to ask her 6-7 tike to go a little less strong to which my wishes would only be honored for a few mins and then she would dig in again. I have a scar that I have sensory issues with to which I told her and she continued to massage and hurt me and on the other side of my back she found a “tight spot” that she continued to dig into my fascia until I cramped up and I asked her to stop. She didn’t stop. She never worked on my lower back and I was literally asking if we could be done earlier since I was in such pain. When walking out I was asked repeatedly to give her a tip to which I had to reply no thanks I am not giving one and the front desk person didn’t ask if I was okay or if anything was wrong. Never even asked me to schedule more appointments, just ignored that I was visibly on tears and hurting. I bruised immediately and had to work from home today due to being so sore from excessively rough treatment. I need this therapist to know she really hurt me and made my experience so much worse. Tye therapist also talked the ENTIRE tike and went into great detail about stressful stuff I don’t want to talk about when I clearly just stated I was there to relax and have some me time.

WASTE of $$$$. I have tired for months to get appointments. Put on the cancellation list. They don’t have enough massage therapist. I had a monthly membership and they still don’t have room for me. So now I lose 25 messages because I am sick of paying and not getting what I paid for. Since covid this place has been a joke!

It has been impossible to book an appointment for the last year. Do not make the mistake of signing up for a plan that they cannot fulfill their end of the contract on.
