If I could do a negative review I would. Been a grandfathered member for years. The new management is a joke, no grandfathered status anymore. It takes months to get an appointment, then they cancel on you and don’t give you first status to rebook. You have to call back each day to try to get one of the cancelled appointments. Who has time for that?

Been a member forever. Was getting massages multiple times a month before I had my baby. After, it took me a few months to feel ready for a massage. By the time I came back, they were booked out for months and couldn’t get me an appointment. I even asked to be put on the cancellation list, and heard nothing. Now prices have gone up, and I still can’t get in to use one of my like 15 accrued services. I’ve called several times, and the answer is always, “Can we book you a stretch or facial?” Nothing actually helpful. Cancelling my membership, and will tell everyone to go to a smaller place, or even a local chiropractic office, where you will actually be taken care of. This place has a great business model, and are making a ton of money, but they definitely do not care about PEOPLE. Super disappointing.

I don’t understand all of the negative comments pertaining to this establishment. I signed up for the membership a few months ago. If I couldn’t book an appointment they try to work with me and see if they have any cancellations or any openings for other services. They told me I should call in on the first of the month when they open up the 3rd month to get on a routine so I don’t miss any months and to call in a few days before if I missed booking a month to see if they have any cancellations. The front desk girls have been so helpful. So I got on a routine and do my part to make my membership work for me. The staff has always been professional and don’t try to take your money. They actually care about you and your specific needs. Now that they have changed owners and management I’ve seen a huge change in how they care for their members. I would keep in mind Disgruntled people are typically the ones to leave reviews, not the ones who had great experiences. But I think the ones who have great experiences should start leaving reviews!

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM!!!!! They literally take money out of your account every month and then are booked completely when you try to schedule a service. They don’t open up booking further out then 3 months at a time. They raised our membership fees $20 PER PERSON in July . We have been members since the Nampa location opened. As far as I’m concerned they are stealing from people because they continue to sign up new members knowing full well that they don’t have the staff to accommodate the paying customers. This is the worst and most unethical place of business that I have seen in this valley and I was born and raised here.

Always an outstanding massage, never disappoints. Beautiful waiting room, always am offered a beverage while I wait. Never wait too long for my appointment time. Receptionists are always ready for me when I arrive. Very calming atmosphere with soothing aroma.

I only hope people see this and avoid signing up for their membership. 9 years and these guys found a way to rip me off for $600. It will happen eventually. It’s about 50/50 to get a good therapist to begin with. You will regret it if you do. I warn you now.

Horrible business practices! Massage Envy in Nampa, Boise, Meridian, Idaho. Completely oversold memberships, no appointment availability, no refund for unavailable services. My appointments were made weeks in advance and then they rescheduled. I built up a credit I could never use and then they wanted to charge me an additional fee to suspend the payments. This place is a total scam! Read the reviews, they are stealing from people!! Dozens of people unhappy, requesting refunds, no satisfaction! Owners completely stonewall customers and refuse to provide services paid for or return funds.
