THE WORST! Do not give these people your money. I have a medical condition that I thought would get better with massage, when it only made it worse, and I tried to cancel the MONTH to MONTH subscription i purchased, the manager told me I couldn’t and that I was locked into a year contract. Since I never signed a contract, I went I. And spoke to someone and they said they didn’t do those and it was month to month and “cancelled” it. It’s been almost 5 months now of having to go on there and get the $75 charge reversed. Ridiculous! Oh, and to get an appointment it takes weeks and then they either no show or cancel. I’m all about giving grace, but this business is doing people wrong on so many levels!

I have been a member at Massage Envy Parker for 16+ years. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this location and been a loyal customer. But the past year has been abysmal at trying to schedule a massage. They take your money every month like clockwork, but then don’t have enough therapists to actually deliver the services you’ve paid for. So, I finally cancelled my membership, losing a large number of massages that I’d banked up because I couldn’t use them. Don’t waste your money.

Horrible customer service from the MANAGER! I can’t ever get an appointment for prenatal because no one seems to do them but yet they convince you to get the membership to never be able to use it, I’m trying to cancel my membership now and it’s like pulling teeth! Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have been having issues with tense muscles so I figured I would go in. Even though the check in was a little rough and the girl did seem new,, I loved my masseuse. After having the massage and feeling good it wasn’t hatred for them to talk me into getting a membership. I have wanted to go in because I need it because of so much tension. I called last week to see who my masseuse was (I’m not good with names at all) and had to leave a message. I never heard from them. I’ve been trying again today, and still no answer. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThe massage therapist are AMAZING!!! Horrible management or completely missing the benchmark of hiring the right people for the right job. Operations could really improve from a customers perspective. My husband and I were members for over two years. In the last three months we’ve had horrible communication regarding our appts, what is booked doesn’t match the reminders, or what’s scheduled. Not to mention that the assistant manager “Lexi” has horrible customer service and no skills to problem solve. (You should develop your management skills or remove yourself because your only hurting the company you work for) To the contrary she actually is argumentative and escalates the customers frustration. I’ve had two encounters with her and poor resolution for both mistakes made on their behalf.The other big issue I had with them was when we changed our credit card information for our membership, they only changed one account. If you see a married couple tied to the same accounts, wouldn’t It be common sense to update both, or at the bare minimum ask for clarification. Nope, none of that was done.
