Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismBooking massages has become a near impossible task. I finally secured an appointment 2 months in advance to only have the appointment cancelled 2 weeks before the appointment, then re-confirmed, and then cancelled the day before. The communication and professionalism from this location is the horrible. Massage Envy is a Ponzi scheme. They charge you monthly, but have no availability with therapists that meet your criteria. I have 30 credits (nearly $1,800 in credits) that would have to be used in 60 days if I cancel, but they have no therapists or availability that meet my needs; yet I still get billed monthly. Booking massages has become a near impossible task. I finally secured an appointment 2 months in advance to only have the appointment cancelled 2 weeks before the appointment, then re-confirmed, and then cancelled the day before. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI find their subscription package policies highly questionable.I moved out of town into the mountains where I no longer have access to a massage envy and they still refused to cancel my subscription. They forced me to pay two more months of subscription fees. I called in November. I called in December. Finally I call again in January to cancel my subscription and they tell me that because I didn’t call 10 days before the billing date they HAVE to charge me another month. Even though I haven’t used the service, and I gain no benefit whatsoever from canceling close to my next bill date. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI received a microderm infusion facial with Erin and she did a wonderful job! She was clean, professional, kind, and gave me honest and helpful recommendations for my skin. My skin is glowing! I have also received a massage from Bre here and she is fantastic. Will be back!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe office manager Vivian is unprofessional, rude and running this location into the ground. I brought a concern to the front office when leaving after my massage. The front was pleasant and said the office manager was busy with a meeting but she would discuss it with her. When I called back she said there was nothing she could do, no solution only a rude attitude and I was told “have a great day” and was hung up on. When I spoke with another location they said they a lot of complaints about this location.I’ve never had a disappointing massage until today. it was not what I wanted or needed. Therapist Bri asked what my main concerns were I said upper and lower back and sciatica. She never worked on my lower back or sciatica.
