Scheduled an appointment that they had to cancel due to the massage therapist having a sick kid which I completely understand. The problem is when I called to reschedule the next available you guys had was a month out. I definitely understand not being able to control if your kid gets sick and that takes priority over anything else. However, not having availability for a month and basically telling me to go screw myself is where the understanding falls short. The woman I spoke to on the phone when I called to reschedule was very unsympathetic to this experience and kept talking over me repeatedly. I have lung issues which can make communicating difficult and she made sure to try her best to not allow me to get a word in which resulted in us talking at the same time throughout the phone call.

Ana is absolutely AMAZING!!! I’ve been a member for a long, long time and she is definitely the best therapist!!! I left feeling so relaxed & refreshed!!! I also enjoyed my microderm facial and Carrie at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful! I LOVE this location!!!

Today I had an appointment scheduled that was done so before Thanksgiving. They canceled it today, day of through email. They called but didn’t even leave a massage. This is the 4 or 5 time this has happened in the last year. Sadly, they have had much turnover & have become unprofessional.

Don’t use Massage Envy at this location or any other one for that matter. They don’t answer the phone after sending me an e mail for the second time in 2 months stating my therapist quit & they can’t get me rescheduled. So now I have at least 4 massages that I have paid for & can’t use. They told me I can’t cancel until my contract is up. But they can not give me an appointment & keep taking my money. I would give zero stars if I could.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIf I could give this place a 0 I would. I have been a member for a year and cancelled my membership due to a move and medical situation. I signed and returned the contract to end my membership on January 12. Low and behold, I was charged this month for my membership. I called the location literally 5 days in a row all different times asking to speak with a Manager. Every person I spoke with said the Manager was not available and they would personally leave a message. I spoke with someone named Alex the last time asking for a Manager. Come to find out after reading through reviews she is actually the Clinic Manager. She told me the Manager was not available and is the only person that could help resolve my issue and that she would leave a message. I ended up asking for the District Manager, she gave me her email address. To this point, after calling the clinic and emailing the District Manager I have yet to get 1 call back. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank. Alex could have easily helped me with my issue, instead she lied and blatantly ignored my requests. This is clearly a scam! One of my least favorite massages. The atmosphere was not relaxing and the massage therapist seemed like they were in a hurry. Regardless of feeling rushed, they still took a significant portion of the appointment to discuss my preferences. Altogether, my 60 minute massage was only 45 minutes. Also, if you don’t join their membership program, the prices are ridiculous. I will not be returning.

My massage with Will was the best of my life! I have fibromyalgia and getting a massage therapist to understand what works best for me doesn’t always translate well, but that wasn’t the case with Will. He listened, he used the perfect amount of pressure, and he distracted me when it was the area that hurt the most. I ended up starting a membership so I can keep seeing him regularly and because it just makes so much sense financially. The message was great, but they were really in a rush to get me in and out of there. Even at 8 at night! I didn’t even have time to pick out my aromatherapy without them reducing my message time. The 60 minute message was really a 45 min message with a 10 min consultation before and 5 mins to get dressed afterwards. The atmosphere is just okay. They don’t have water or anything for those waiting for an appointment. If you need a messages on a regular basis I’d recommend it, but it’s nothing fancy. It felt more like getting my hair cut than going to a spa.

Stephen is amazing! Not once did I need to say anything about adjusting the pressure. VERY professional and knows when to chat and when to zip it lol! My shoulder is finally getting better! Well worth it to get the membership! I have never stuck to one massage therapist because I had not found one that fit perfectly, until now! I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Absolute worst massage experience I’ve ever had. First of all, the lobby reeked of body odors. The lobby attendant was hardly noticeable and did not greet me whatsoever, hiding behind the giant desk with a giant smirk on her face. The masseuse seemed extremely unexperienced, started 10 minutes late and ended abruptly 10minutes early. Talked obnoxiously, used way too much oil. I left in pain, irritated, and feeling in need of a shower. Last time I will be going to any Massage Envy location.
