I would give them a zero star rating if available. I used to love having a membership at Massage envy and did for over 10 years. Now they never have appointments available, no location can provide deep tissue, poor customer service, and refusal to cancel the membership.

Edit: New manager called and gave me solutions to every concern. Very professional and apologetic. Looking forward to giving them another chance. It appears this location has had a great deal of complaints in the past, but new management came to rescue. Was very pleased so far with the solutions given to me so I wouldn’t lose my money or credits. Looking forward to my facials and massages to come. Thank Jen!

Since the old manager left this location this place really lacks professionalism. Does not have a spa feel. They cannot keep a deep tissue massage therapist. Dustin ignored our phone calls quite often, to get him to answer we would hang up and call from a different number and he would answer right away every time. I felt he was annoyed when we had questions about all the changes they made and charged my card the new higher price without notifying me. I have found a wonderful spa (less expensive) in even a better location that is all a spa should be from the front office to the lobby to the rooms! They offer lemon/cucumber water, hot tea and healthy snacks as well. I guess the poor treatment and disrespect I received was a blessing in disguise. My friend and I are super happy now! Trust me much better spas out there!

I got a facial here with LeCourtney and she was amazing. This was the first time I have ever received a facial and it was awesome. She was gentle and relaxing. My skin looked younger and refreshing. I fell asleep during the facial because it was so relaxing. She also massaged my shoulders and arms. I loved my experience and I will return.

When I said we had gift cards for a massage, …. they then turned me over to someone else, who said there were no openings until August 18th. It is July 15th today. Needless to say. I hung up. I feel like they do not care whether we ever use the PAID FOR present that is so INCONVENIENT for them

While a member, each of them used one of their paid for visits to give me for a special occasion. I delayed using them until the opportunity was right. Meanwhile, each of them decided to not renew memberships when it was time to renew. When they did so, Massage Envy took away the “paid for” gifts from me also. Even though they paid for the visits they gave me, they had to remain members for me to use the visits. To me, this is not right. They are paid for and they should not be able to take them away. While a member, each of them used one of their paid for visits to give me for a special occasion. I delayed using them until the opportunity was right. Very few good masseuse people because in a hurry or don’t know how to give one they just want to rub you. And you don’t get 1 hour you get 50 minutes or less. The music they play is not relaxing at all, it makes you feel like you in a doctors office and I know when I go to see doctors, Im stressed so the music don’t help me. Rooms pretty small and they spend to much time walking back and forth to the counter to get more lotion instead of having a pouch or something to have it on them.

Skip this place. Got myself a massage for my birthday but i just walked in and was told they ‘tried’ to leave me a message, (tried? Either you did or you didn’t) to let me know someone called in sick so my massage was cancelled. No apology no offer of what else they could do for me. The only call I got was a confirmation of my appointment. Thanks so much! Skip this place

The masseuse I’ve seen regularly, Ginger, is absolutely amazing. My experience during my sessions have always been 100%. However the staff at the front and manager(s) were not so pleasant when I inquired about a membership and decided to sign up. First off the prices raised from 50 to 70 a month! That was a huge jump! Furthermore when I told them I would like to cancel I found out I had signed a binding contract for a year minimum membership. It was another lengthy sign here type page, they should inform you the most important part that it’s a year contract agreement. The manager told me they are supposed to but even after I told them I was not informed upon signing up and that I could not afford to continue given outside circumstances, I was told I have to pay and if I don’t they will send it to collections to pursue me. I don’t feel it was handled well by any means, now I’m stuck scrounging money to pay for it.
