This is a ripoff. You purchase a membership and continue to pay even during covid. Then you find out that even with 12 sessions paid for, they want to charge you $20.00 per month to put the membership on hold and still have access to the 12 sessions you have already paid. They will not refund the $840;00 I already paid. Does anyone have any ideas about how to get my money back? At 70 years old I cannot afford to just give a company $840.00 dollars.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP!!! Was a member at Lakeway for 3 years. Had so much trouble last year scheduling appointments that I had built up several hours credit that hadn’t been used. Talked to management about suspending my monthly membership until I had used up some credits. Manager said they would be honored at that location until used up. Just tried to schedule an appointment only to be told I have no credits remaining – they had been deleted when new owners took over before end of year. I was told that was the Massage Envy policy. Absolutely no communication or notice!! Can’t find anyone who will talk to me. Just stole the money I guess. Go somewhere else.

Celebrating my husband’s birthday. Scheduled a couples massage. After filling out forms and discussing massage we were asked to wait. Then the manager comes in to inform us we would have to be separated. We were told that a masseuse was denying service due to comments made on asking for a deep tissue massage. If there was a “problem” why would we be separated? Poorly run business. Thanks for ruining my husband’s birthday.

Great massages when I get in. But, no one answers the phone. I leave a voicemail and no one calls me back. Do not become a member because they don’t have enough masseuses and you will not be able to schedule time because they do not answer their phone.

ron white, this location hasn’t closed down. i go there sometimes every 2 weeks.i’ve been a member for over a year now. Natoshia (not sure of spelling) does a great job on deep tissue massage.
