Avoid the Kyle, TX location at all costs! I received a gift card for Mothers Day, and they were completely booked until August. I was finally able to get on the books and received a confirmation the day before. I confirmed my appointment, was off work, and my husband left work early. I show up for my appointment, and was told the therapist had to cancel and they “forgot” to call and tell me. I’ve tried reaching out to the manager Laurie with no response back. At this point, I want a refund of my gift card so I can go somewhere that won’t treat a customer this way. Other locations I’ve used in the past have been great. It’s just this franchise and judging by reviews, I’m not the only one experiencing this.

Received a gift card for Mother’s day and not even able to schedule an appointment. I called multiple times only to be told they are busy and can’t take my call. They when I call back I get told no openings for massage until August for a weekend. I told Michael I work in a clinic and need a Saturday then he proceeds to tell me I can go in today for a facial. I don’t want a facial I want to schedule a massage! My husband thought he was doing good which I thought so too as the gift was appreciated until I actually try to use it and can’t. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! One 1 star because ZERO was not an option.

The service is fine. The price is good. But what is the point in paying for a monthly massage when they are booked up 2 months in advance? I’ve been a “member” for five months. Have not had a single massage. I’ve had 2 facials and both times the building was empty.

I always have trouble booking appointments even though I have a membership. I have had several appointments canceled at the last minute with no explanation. I thought I would give it another try but again I was very disappointed!!! I called a few weeks ago to schedule a special birthday gift for my granddaughter. I booked a facial, letting them know it how old she was and they said as long as I was in the room it would be fine. On the day of our appointment, they said she was too young. Really!!! She was so excited about her appointment just to find out they messed up!!! I am NOT happy with Message Envy at all!!

Venting! Not sure if others are experiencing this, but South Park Meadows use to be my appointment location, but about a year ago I started using Kyle Market place location because SPM never had a therapist available. Now, Kyle is booked 3 wks. out! Then when I call in advance to schedule 3 weeks out, they call me and say “there was a scheduling error”, “the therapist called in”, “the therapist quit!” etc. They just did it again, I’m done! Now, after having my acct. on a card/auto pay, they say I’m behind/card won’t process. That is impossible but I’m sure I will be penalized. Ugh.. DISAPPOINTED I’ll be canceling my membership. Too many members, not enough therapist- paying for nothing. 2 stars instead of one because I like Lori the manager.

I do really enjoy this place! There have been times where I expressed I wasn’t satisfied with a service and still had to pay, which I didn’t like. But honestly…once I found the people who’s services I enjoyed-I do find the membership worth it. I probably won’t renew it again just because of the fine print rules buuuuut still a pretty good staff and environment. Regina is my FAVORITE for massage and I believe the aesthetician was Tammy? She was super knowledgeable. Can’t wait to come back and see my girls (:

I have nothing but great things to say about him and cannot wait to come back.I’m not sure why other reviews are complaining regarding price or staff, you get the service you pay for and Everyone was so sweet. My massage therapist, Roxana, did a wonderful job addressing my concerns by understanding that my body holds on to stress in concentrated areas. She spent extra time where I asked her to, and made me feel comfortable right from the start.
