I wish there was a way I could post comment about this location without rating. Definitely not deserve one star either. The rooms are so filthy and dusty that my allergies acted up. Last time i reminded one of the front desk staff privately as manager was talking to three other customers.

Check in was quick and easy. Glory was attentive and helpful. Claudia my massage therapist was amazing. She used the perfect pressure, and I did not have to once ask her to adjust. Although hesitant about them at first, the foot and hand scrub enhancements were a great addition. Check out was fast too. I can’t remember the other gentleman or young lady’s names, but they were just as friendly as Glory. All in all, Massage Envy made for a great start to my birthday day of relaxation.

In May I noticed that the therapist was using several clorox wipes to wipe his hands after massaging my feet. Then he continued to massage my neck and shoulders with the chemicals still on his hands. Then I called the manager who didn’t see an issue and tried to make me feel I was being unreasonable. I asked that he look at the actual container that reads. Hazards to humans, wash hands after use. Not intended for personal hygiene. Well the conversation with the manager escalated because I found him to be condescending. Then he said if Inwas unhappy I could cancel and use all my token in thirty days which wasn’t an option for me bc I had so many tokens.
