Called here needed a deep tissue massage for my back. None available until tomorrow by a woman. However I was willing to settle for a medium pressure massage as they said it would be $150. I hung up the phone. Used to think this was the best place to go, however, now I wouldn’t touch this establishment with a 10 foot pole.

Every time I try to set up an appointment they say they are booked (but doesn’t even feel like the look they say no so fast). So, unless you know your schedule months in advance, don’t bother. Plus, they aren’t open on Sundays.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThey will charge you extra and say the website is wrong and then condescend and be rude to you. Apparently if your a member they get to charge you extra for everything! It’s supposed to be the opposite! Manager is rude and horrible to deal with unhelpful and so much attitude. Good luck if you go here.

Very nice therapist but he talks wayyyyyyyy too much and is too opinionated. I have a lot of history so I wanted my therapist to get a good overview and pay close attention to my problem areas. Well I suppose he took that as me wanting to converse through the whole 90 minutes of my massage! I don’t like treating people cruelly so I just listened because he cut me off if I did try to comment. Also, there were a few inflammatory comments that were quite offensive but I took the high road. He did work out some of my knots but he completely forgot to focus on the areas of which I stated to him were the most bothersome. I checked out without saying anything because like I said, I’d prefer to take the high road. I just don’t ever want to run into him again. I mean, I felt like I was in a counseling therapy session where I was to play the therapist. I got to hear very personal things about his life that I didn’t want to hear. For the few kinks he worked out, he just sprinkled more stress on top of my big heaping pile! I left a bit more stressed than when I arrived and paid handsomely for it!
