She honestly has made me keep my massage envy membership for longer than expected because she does such a great job, I have got prenatal massages as well as sports therapy massages from her. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming as well and are happy to help. Love this location!

Scheduling and staff. My wife makes a massage appointment every week and this facility has failed to honor that appointment with a massage therapist. No offer to schedule a massage at a later time that day or rectify the bad experience. Best they offer is a facial? Seems like there’s only one massage therapist on staff who always calls in especially on Saturday or Friday.

Had my first ever massage there and it was highly disappointing. The massage therapist was either tired or just didnt care. I was looking at the time ready for it to be over. I kept thinking it would get better but it didnt. It was also intended to be a surprise and I got a message from them the day prior not to confirm my appointment but to upcharge me for a facial. I booked a facial at another business and the mini massage they throw in was better than the 90 minutes I got from here. Idk if its this location or the service I received but it was expensive and not worth it. I thought I’d never want another massage after my experience but the other business made me change my mind.

Stephanie was so awesome! She provided just the perfect amount of medium pressure as requested and pulled out the “big guns” with my very stubborn trigger points. I was so very pleased with my massage. She was also able to incorporate my facial in with my massage making it the ultimate experience! Like most of us, during the pandemic, we had to cut back on certain areas of our budget.
