I had an hour massage with Ingrid today and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I like fairly heavy pressure and signed up for three enhancers, the foot exfoliating, aromatherapy and a skin clarifier. The smells were heavenly and Ingrid has an amazing gift. She instinctively knew where the knots and tension were and smoothed them out. It was fabulous! I can only schedule my massages around my office schedule and her calendar fills up quickly. I made an appointment for her next available time slot that I could schedule Around my weekend time frame. It’s a month away but if you have more flexible hours, and can hit the Massage Envy on I10 and Fry Road, I recommend you try and see her. You won’t regret it! I usually treat myself to several treatments a month and seeing Ingrid for one of them will be on my agenda from now on! ❤️

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI arrived today to my pre-scheduled appointment 30 mins early and checked in. Then 3 mins before my appointment time, the manager told me that the therapist was not available (not even offering any clear explanation as to why) and that they couldn’t do anything for me other than reschedule me for another day. What was most disappointing about this is not only did the store manager notify me last min that my appointment was canceled but also she failed to show any consideration for the major inconvenience on their part. As I walked out, the manager yelled out to me “Don’t forget to reschedule!” as if was the problem. 25 mins after I left, they did call and leave a vague message stating that their had been a cancelation for 3pm and if I wanted that appointment to call them back. It was a nice and welcoming place. Wonderful ambiance and staff is very thorough and helpful. You have to be there 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment on your first visit. They love to get an understanding of what you would like to have worked on and what you don’t. They then take you back to the “tranquility room” where you sit and relax before your massage. I had the masseuse Danelis who was very attentive to my request and continued to check and make sure I was still comfortable. It is a bit pricey but well worth the cost. I work constantly and had excessive stress. Very pleased with the service!

Have been going to this location for over a year. Very happy with the deep tissue massage I receive. Every therapist has a different approach so sometimes you have to look around for the best fit. I am very happy with their services. Stephanie, the manager is friendly, responsive to her clients and remembers your preferences. Customer service at it’s best! The front desk people work well together, are friendly and focus on YOUR needs! Highly recommend Gerald or Ramiro as deep tissue therapists.

Everyone is so very nice from the time I walk in to the time my massage is finished. I’ve had several different therapist and I’m always pleased. The front desk staff are always accommodating while im waiting to start my session!! Very happy with this location!

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They treated me with care and made me feel welcome. I struggle with blemishes and breakouts and I have never had a facial that showed immediate results until I visited this place. The results and products are great.
