I’m not sure if is still employed but… stay away from Taylor. She was not pleasant to work with on any level. This was my first and last time at Mansfield location. Why do u ask? She was uncomfortably and unnecessarily aggressive. The massage was dry. I had to ask her 4 times to apply oil/lotion because the friction was hurting.

Appointment was at 3pm and got there probably 3:03-3:04. They had me fill out some questions as I am a new client. As I was filling out I had a man stand there asking me if I needed more time to fill out and I said yes I just got started. He just stood there waiting made me feel rushed. Finds out he was my masseuse.
