I promise they hire some of the best male masseuse ever. First it was Maurice, he left and I was lost trying to find another to provide the same experience. Then came Terrance. He’s there now. Call and get on his schedule. He’s beyond professional, previously worked in medical physical therapy, and is focused on helping your body relax and/or heal. They are hands down two of the best.

This location is HORRIBLE! If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. They reschedule every time that you book! They are NEVER accurate in booking. Every time that I book they are calling to reschedule. I went for a couples massage, they called 3 times to change it and then when I got there told me they couldn’t do it. They reschedule or cancel literally every appointment. The manager Amber is NO HELP. Hate this location and will be canceling my membership because of it!!!

I’ve been a member of Massage Envy since 2016 and have used my membership at multiple locations. I recently gave my partner a massage for her birthday and a few days later noticed the office charged her $120 for the full price of a massage. I called the office to explain that I had transferred the credit to her account and requested a refund, but they claimed that they could not do that. They told me to call my home office in Houston, which I did, and my home office called this location multiple times only to be avoided by management. After several attempts to have this issue resolved, it is clear the customer service here is nonexistent. I even came into the business for a massage today and while I stood there, heard the office staff talking poorly about other customers. After repeated negative experiences with this location, I am officially terminating my membership and taking my money elsewhere.

I had an appointment today at noon when I checked in my therapist turns out wasn’t even there After waiting for over 10 minutes I checked in and then I was when I was notified after 20 mins of waiting she wasn’t there. I told them I needed an appointment that day due to work. Instead of telling me they couldn’t do that I waited dor an hour thinking she was coming or one of the other therapist was going to take care of me. I checked in again and receptionist was rude saying I told you she was not coming in which I was never told and she knew I was still waiting and couldn’t even be courteous enough to come and tell me I wouldn’t be able to be seen. I have surgery soon and really needed to release the tension. This is the 2nd time I’ve had this issue at this location. I will be canceling my membership

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have always had a good experience until today. I am being charged for coming in on a day, that I didn’t come in on. I rescheduled like you are supposed to and because some one did their job incorrectly, I am having to pay for it and be treated as if I am lying about it. The lady behind the counter today had a bad attitude with me from the get go, when I told her I was not here last weekend and that I rescheduled for today. I find the way this was handled very unprofessional and no one in charge was here to help me today, I had to wait for back and forth phone conversations between her and her supervisor. I signed up for a year membership September 2021. I only had gone into the facility a handful of times. I have 10 massages that I haven’t used. I called to tell them I want my membership cancelled. I was told I still owe October. I explained I haven’t been in months and my membership should have expired after September. Why would I owe for October? I moved out of the area and am not interested in being a member any longer. I also don’t understand why my membership continued w/out my confirmation. It should have expired. I just found out they charged me again for October! I tried to call and had to leave a message. I was not impressed with their therapists and now definitely not happy with how I am being treated. I don’t feel I should owe for October nor should i have to go into the facility to fill out paperwork in 2022 to cancel my membership. I am completely frustrated and disappointed.
