The front staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The therapist I won’t choose again. It may have been an off day but it felt like she was either falling asleep mid massage or thinking and stopping while she thought. She spent maybe 2.5 mins on my arms (not an exaggeration). She skipped muscle groups all together. They are usually there to show you out, but she disappeared until I was walking out of the business. Again may have been an off night for her but she won’t be my therapist. I enjoy massage envy and will continue to use them. You just need to find the right therapist for you.

I pay for a 60 minute massage but I don’t get that. My daughter in law & I come here once a month & have noticed the time spent getting the massage gets shorter & shorter. This time I went back before her & she was finished before me. So if mine was only 45 minutes hers was even shorter. Once I got undressed & on the table I waited almost 5 minutes before my therapist came in. She didn’t even touch my legs, only my back, shoulders & neck. When I was walking out the door after leaving the tip I looked at my phone & it was 12:56. My 60 minute massage was scheduled at 12. So my massage was literally maybe 40-45 minutes. When I’m paying good money, I expect to get what I’m paying for.

Devon is absolutely amazing. She is gentle and extremely knowledgeable. She is helping me with my dry and flaky skin. I have large pores on my nose that trap dirt, creating blackheads. Devon extracted the blackheads and I feel like I have a new nose! This was my first facial and I will be getting them done regularly now to help heal my skin from years of buildup and over-exfoliation. She gave me a list of products I can get to help and some tips i can do at home to continue the process.

I have had great experiences and really good massages at this location! I only give 4 stars because my favorite therapists keep leaving 🙁 Freddy gave great deep tissue massages and was able to help with difficult areas I carry constant tension due to scoliosis.

My wife came in there today for a prenatal massage and she said that it was the worst massage she had ever gotten. The lady talked the whole time and she couldn’t relax and she said she was pushing her so much she almost fell off the table and she is 8 months pregnant. Won’t be going back I’ve been burned twice by this location.

My massage therapist was fantastic but the tipsy convenience fee was ridiculous for an in person card transaction. You are out of compliance and it will affect my tipping in the future. The 3% processing fee should be absorbed my massage envy. My home massage location in prosper tx does not do this and my future appts will stay with the Prosper location.
