I’ve been a member for over 5 years. I enjoy the convenience and all the options I have. Brandon did well.. I will say that within the last two years, every therapist talks the entire massage. I guess the pandemic caused people to want to talk. But, I I like quiet during my massage. I have even started with (I’m going to relax and sleep today) and they still talk. It’s not just massage envy, it’s everywhere I get a massage. 🙁 overall, once you find your person at massage envy you’re good to go. I’ve found I’ve had better luck with Grand Prairie and Mansfield locations versus S. ARLINGTON.

Unfortunately, the management staff was very impersonal and unwilling to accommodate my request to be refunded for services provided during the last visit. The room was very cold (67 degrees) added with cold and wet lotions; and they did not have any water to hydrate before or after services rendered. In addition, the visit prior to my most recent visit the room was cold and the table warmer was not on to add additional warmth for my comfort level. I advised the technician on both occasions which was confirmed by the technician to the office manager. But because I did not let the office manager personally know neither of my services was refunded. I have a membership and will be going to alternate location or cancelling with them. I will not refer or recommend this location to anyone as the purpose of the service is to ensure patrons are comfortable. Once advised it should be corrected or refunded. 101 Customer Service or you lose valuable patrons.

Need a massage? Anita has got the hands. She’ll work out knots you have now, knots you’ve had in the past, and knots that haven’t even showed up yet. Nice and clean and relaxing environment. Even their bathrooms were pretty clean and that says a lot.
